None are legal in Yountville, St. Helena or Calistoga, or in the unincorporated area of the County. Even in the City of Napa a vacation rental must have a vacation rental license from the City and pay transient occupancy taxes. The City Council wants to stop illegal rentals so please be sure to rent a property that is properly licensed.
