This house is conveniently located near downtown Napa (including Oxbow Market and numerous restaurants and winery tasting rooms) in the exclusive Montecito Heights neighborhood in Napa. Although close to downtown you will be just minutes to vineyards and wineries.
This vacation rental is one of a limited number of legal short-term vacation rental properties in Napa County. As you can see, the property receives excellent reviews, is located in an exclusive neighborhood and woodsy neighborhood, and has a great open floor plan for gathering with friends and family both inside and out.
I originally redesigned this home for raising my children and relaxing with friends. I've since remarried and moved elsewhere in the Napa Valley, but I'm pleased to offer this as a great vacation rental for families, or other groups looking for a modestly priced, high quality home.
