2760 square foot home with open floor plan; vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows to open view to garden and oak-studded hills. Very large flagstone patio with dining for 12, hot tub, lawn and gazebo which provides a beautiful garden setting for entertaining and relaxation.

This house is conveniently located near downtown Napa (including Oxbow Market and numerous restaurants and winery tasting rooms) in the exclusive Montecito Heights neighborhood. Although close to downtown you will be just minutes to vineyards and wineries.

Be safe - rent only licensed vacation rentals: This is a licensed and legal vacation rental. There are very few in Napa County, all of which are located in the City of Napa. None are legal in Yountville, St. Helena or Calistoga, or in the unincorporated area of the County. Even in the City of Napa a vacation rental must have a vacation rental license from the City and pay transient occupancy taxes. The City Council wants to stop illegal rentals so please be sure to rent a property that is properly licensed.

Wine Country living: The Napa Valley is a beautiful place, with phenomenal wines, restaurants, winery facilities, and beautiful drives throughout the valley. The property is located just 4 mins. from downtown Napa, and conveniently located near the Silverado Trail which is the least congested route upvalley. Wineries and vineyards are just minutes away.

Comfortable and relaxing home: This house was designed for entertaining with family and friends. Large, spacious rooms with large windows that bring in the light. Numerous settings in the house for visiting or dining, and a beautiful terrace with large tables for outside dining. Hot tub looks over lush backyard. Thank you for viewing my property.

A great stay even in the rain

We had a great time at your house. We wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub, bbq, and backyard but the rain got in the way.
We had a good time playing cards on the nice big wooden table.

Thanks for opening your lovely house to allow our group to have an adventure in Napa and San Fran.

Wonderful Week

Our group spent a wonderful week here. It was perfect for a group aged 18 months to 54 years, including 2 teens. Your home is beautiful and the Napa area is spectacular. We only went to 7 wineries so we plan to come back again for at least two weeks!

Ten friends, four great nights in Napa and three amazing days of winieries- all in celebration of 5 girls turning 30 and their 5 husbands/fiances/boyfriends, celebrating "November." The house was the perfect location and served as a wonderful place to play games, have fires in the fireplace, enjoy coffee in the window seat, eat a lovely catered dinner and just relax and unwind after a day of tastings. Accomplished nine wineries- Rubissow and Seavey being our favorites. Thanks for the memories Napa, see you next year!
