PARIS AFFORDABLE LUXURY AND LOCATION IN THE HEART OF 1ST DISTRICT, LOUVRE

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in the hopes of really immersing ourselves in Parisian culture, rather than settling for the 'hotel' experience. I can't say enough about the level of communication and follow-up provided by the owner. From start to finish, the details leading up to our booking and arrival were seamlessly handled. We were met onsite by the owner's contact in Paris. He was extremely helpful in pointing out all of the services of the apartment and answered any questions we had. He even made arrangements on our behalf for a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. We conveniently explored Paris by foot, boat and metro - all of which gave us a real sense of the city. The apartment is a very short walk to all of the important tourist spots, but more importantly, so strategically placed as to act as a 'hub' that we were able to return for lunch when we wished to save a little on food costs. We stocked our fridge with fresh vegetables and fruit from the local grocery store and market and picked up fresh baguettes at the nearby bakery (a two minute walk). We were so thrilled with the cleanliness and hominess of the unit itself. There was plenty of space and having a separate bedroom was a bonus. We felt just like it was our home away from home for the duration of our stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We very much enjoyed this property -- it is very central and in a lovely part of Paris. We had terrific restaurants and bakeries right around the corner. The property is well maintained and clean - we were a family of 5 and it worked very well for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful -- I emailed him numerous times with questions, as it was our family's first visit to Paris, and the information provided was so helpful in our planning process. I would stay in this apartment again, most definitely, and will let my friends know of our good experience. Thanks so much, Ghassan!

We have returned from a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Ghasson was a perfect host and greeted us at the apartment upon our arrival. The location was perfect for seeing all the major sites and in a very upscale and elegant neighborhood. Amazing bakery two steps away for cafe' and croissants in the morning, and a variety of great restaurants within walking distance including Indian, sushi and traditional french to choose from.

The apartment is as nice as pictured with high ceilings, updated & modern amenities, linens, soap, wireless internet etc... The details have not been overlooked and it was a pleasure to come back in the evenings after a long day of site-seeing and relax in this lovely home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in beautiful Paris!!!
