I stayed in Tony's studio at the Conrad for seven weeks. The Conrad is an amazing location. I like that it's close to all of the amenities you'd want (groceries, drug store, shops, restaurants, nightlife, Starbucks, free public trans) without being loud and obnoxious. When I initially planned to go to Miami for this length of time, I thought I'd want to be in Miami Beach. After staying in Brickell, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The Conrad allows access to an awesome rooftop pool, full service 24/7 gym, secure parking (included in rental), and the added benefit of having the valet guys at the entry way to make you feel safer at night when coming back to the building.
The condo was the perfect size for me, and there was ample space to have an air mattress for any guests that I had pop down for a visit. The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, stemware, etc. If you're planning to cook huge meals every night, keep in mind it's a small studio kitchen (and there is no oven - just microwave, stove top, fridge).
The condo was very clean, and Tony was easy to reach if I needed him. Tony can also arrange housekeeping, towel exchange, that sort of thing for cheaper than the hotel will charge you for it.
I'll absolutely be trying to arrange another unit with Tony when I go back to Miami.
