The town owns two private beaches for exclusive use of Incline residents and guests, two Robert Trent Jones designed golf courses, a state of the art recreation center with tennis courts, indoor Olympic size pool, fitness classes, basketball court, weight room and organized activities for all ages. There are several shopping areas for anything you need, an array of excellent restaurants, a movie theater, a bowling alley, numerous places of worship and excellent schools, not to mention the most scenic and pristine location on the lake.

I purchased this condo in the last phase of the exclusive McCloud development, brand new, which means this is the newest of any in the entire complex and I got to choose the prime location. The complex is located on 14 acres of land nestled in the pine filled forest and just half a block walking distance to the lake. This is quite unique for lower elevations where open space is at a premium. It is convenient to every amenity Incline has to offer and very accessible in the snow. The enclosed garage, also a unique feature for most condo complexes, avoids shoveling your car out of a snow storm. Because I bought it new, I purchased all of the furniture and accessories in a Tahoe lodge theme to compliment the location. (I didn't furnish it with leftovers from home like you see in some cabins). I am an end unit which means you are not looking into the side of another building when you look out the windows, just a view of tress and Diamond Peak in the distance. The back deck is completely quiet and private with table, chairs and umbrella for sipping morning coffee. The cozy river rock fireplace makes you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a snap and there is a barbecue outside for grilling. All of my guests feel right at home and are pleasantly surprised when they walk in the door and realize they made a great choice for their stay at the lake. It's everything they wanted and more!
