Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6 or 7)

This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath large end unit (with elevator or walk up access) has it all and is truly a tropical getaway. Compass Point is an upscale complex located on the beach. This unit is just steps to the beach and the complex heated swimming pool. Walk across the street to the Beachview Golf Course (18 hole public golf course). New wood floors in the hallway, living room, kitchen and dining room. All new kitchen and baths with new cabinetry, appliances, and corian counter tops along with a large screened in lanai make this unit special. The living room is decorated in a tropical theme, with a queen sofa sleeper and large flat screen TV with DVD player. The dining room comfortably seats 6 at the dining room table and has a buffet behind the table to assist with serving. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, its own master bathroom, flat screen tv and opens to the screened in lanai. The second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a rollaway twin bed also has its own flat screen tv. The unit has a full sized washer/dryer in the unit and wireless internet access. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas are in the unit for you to bring to the beach.

Compass Point is the perfect getaway location on Sanibel. It is a small complex that has it all. Located on Middle Gulf Drive and right on the beach. The complex has a heated pool (this unit overlooks the pool on one side), gas grills, shuffleboard and private tennis courts. Golf courses, restaurants and shopping are all nearby. Guests will love shelling, bird watching, hiking, biking and the large nature reserve on the Island. From the beach you are sure to see dolphins and pelicans along with fish and birds galore. You will never want to go home!!

About The Owner

Our vacation home is truly paradise for us and we love Sanibel. All the comforts of home - we come down to Sanibel to use the property as often as we can - unfortunately for us, not often enough.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

We purchased at Compass Point because it has everything we wanted - perfect location, right on the beach, close to shopping, golf courses and restaurants, pool, tennis courts and more. It isn't missing a thing!!

What makes this condo unique

We really enjoy bird watching, golfing and shelling. The beaches in Sanibel are the best. Our unit is steps from the beach, so we enjoy long walks on the beach daily.

Sanibel is known for its fabulous shelling and bird watching along the 15 miles of beaches. Terrific biking and hiking trails surround to make this an outdoor enthusiasts' paradise. The Island has a movie theater, loads of restaurants and shopping for your convenience too. Once you arrive on the Island, you won't want to leave.

I stayed here with my family for our winter break vacation and the condo was amazing. The location was great because it was across the street from the golf course - really convenient - and right next to the beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
