This beautifully furnished fifth floor McCoy Peak condo has breath taking up mountain and down valley views of the Beaver Creek mountain. Pick up your gear in the secure locker room on the ground floor and step outside where you will ski down to the Centennial lift. For those with cars, an indoor parking garage is available. On site concierges will assist you with any needs or questions you may have. An on-site outdoor hot tub is just outside the main lobby area. You can easily walk to the renowned Beaver Creek base area where the ice skating rink, world famous restaurants, and shops await you. Or call village transportation for a free ride within a few minutes of your call to anywhere in Beaver Creek. New HDTV's with LCD screens are in each room of the condo, and a PlayStation 3 is set up in the Great Room attached to the TV in that room. Netflix is available for viewing free Netflix movies downloaded through the PlayStation 3.

  • The three large bedrooms each have a private full bathroom, a telephone, an alarm clock, and a beautiful down valley view looking over the roof tops of adjoining buildings. The fourth bedroom is a nice den with a telephone, a color TV separate half bath and an up mountain view. All the TV's are new with HDTV LCD screens.
