Location, Location, Location !!! (40-block straight shot to downtown Nashville - about 6 minutes if you make all the lights!) We are within 5 miles of Vanderbilt, Belmont, Music Row and Downtown.

Sylvan Park is known for it's safe tree-lined streets, historic bungalows, victorians and cottages, coffee houses, neighborhood pubs and family-owned restaurants.

Half-block from an entry to Richland Creek Greenway: a 3-mile paved path that circles McCabe's Public Golf Course. Wooden bridges will take you over the creek and thru the woods where you can see osprey, great blue heron, deer and rabbits plus a myriad of Tennessee wild flowers.

Cute little place, fantastic bed!!

This was our first time in Nashville, we came for the St.Judes Country Music marathon. A car is needed to get around, but this place is close to everything. The restaurants nearby are good, we had a good experience carbo loading at Cafe Nonnas. The cottage is really cute and clean. Perfect for 2 people. There is a kitchen but no stove; however, there is a BBQ available outside. Will definitely book this again when staying in Nashville, LuAnn was easy to deal with!! Bed was more comfy than my home!!

Great place to stay in Nashville!

We had an excellent 3-day stay at this cottage. It is a great location in nice neighborhood, meticulously maintained, and beautifully appointed. Not only is it an unbelievable bargain, compared to virtually any hotel/motel, but the privacy and comfort that it affords is incomparable. The next time that we travel to Nashville, we definitely intend to book another stay. We have already recommended it to friends and family.

There are several excellent casual restaurants nearby, as well as groceries, drugstores, laundromat, auto service, etc. It is a quick, easy ride to downtown Nashville from here, too.

My husband and I absolutely adored this cottage. Lounging afternoons before evenings out in Nashville was the perfect solution for the every day stresses of life. Thank you to LuAnn, who was an attentive and gracious hostess. The cottage was spotless, quiet and well appointed. Loved the easy access to a great walking trail.

My husband & I recently traveled to Nashville on business and stayed at this amazing cottage. It is perfect! We were less than 5 minutes away from downtown Nashville and all of it's amazing nightlife. The cottage was lacking nothing- the attention to detail by the owner was superb: from the comfy bed, to the extra toiletries, even an umbrella was available if needed. We will definitely stay there again!

This was a great, comfortable place for my son and me to spend a couple of nights in Nashville. Very convenient to Nashville sites, but in a quiet location if you need R & R.
