With Montauk Downs Golf Course, great off shore, or surf fishing. You will have a unimpeded view of Napeque Harbor, it's sunsets and with it's world class wind surfing. Fishing, golf, tennis, art, music, festivals, and fairs....It's the Hamptons, it's the beach, it's pretty close to being Heaven.

We stayed in the house for 6 weeks over the course of July-August ... absolutely beautiful place in a great location. The beach is a short 200 yd walk away, great family beach and very low key. Nappeague Bay right in the back provides for some great sunsets. Couldn't have been a better, more well-kempt house and the owners, Bob and Martie, are very nice and were delightful to work with. Truly a perfect beach house in a a great location.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
