Purchased this vacation rental because it is in a great area with lots to do & we enjoy the home when it is not rented! A great area to stay, right behind the 24-hour Walmart, 1/2 hour from Fort Myers Airport or Fort Myers Beach & wonderful on-site amenities!

Convenience of in-home office in great climate & area only 3.5 hour plane ride from Massachusetts & New Hampshire!

I rented this unit from January through March 2011. The owners are very cooperative, eager to please and always available for questions. The unit is in great shape...Very clean. One of the three bedrooms is used as a den with a complete office...computer, printer down to post-it notes and pens which worked out great for me. The unit is right on a canal and fishing from the dock was great and the swimming pool was warm and inviting. I really liked the fact that it was secuded but only minutes from Publix and Walmart (didn't even have to go out on the main roads) The only reason I'm not returning is due to the economy.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
