Mountains all around, this home has a spacious open floor plan with high ceilings throughout. Comfortable and fashionable new furniture and wall art. The large kitchen has everything you need including all new appliances. New High Efficiency laundry appliances. Enjoy HBO on the High Definition Flat Screen TV in Family room with surround sound for movie watchers. Each bedroom has floating wall mounted 45' HD flat screens with DirecTV and HBO. The bedrooms are private and connected to a separate bathrooms. The Den is equipped with a queen sofa bed. Wireless internet is provided throughout the house and pool deck as well as Free long distance Phone in the United States. Bring your IPods as we have players in the bedrooms and the family room.

The private south and west exposed backyard (lots of sun) includes palm trees covered pergola for shade and dining, shaded barbecue station with new Ducane 4 burner BBQ. The inviting saltwater system pool and spa will cool and refresh visitors from the desert heat. Brush up on your putting with the professional putting green in the privacy of your own back yard.

Park in 2 car garage.

Evenings in the back yard can be magical. Enjoy dinner by the pool and watch the sunset over San Bernardino Mountains with the Santa Rosa Mountains to the south. The San Jacinto peak is nearby to the west. Sit back with your favorite beverage and let the hummingbirds entertain you as they battle over the flowers and feeders (We provide the hummingbird food). At night, the beacon of the Palm Desert Aerial Tram upper terminal is visible (8,516ft/2,597m) along with thousands of stars.

Endless things to do nearby. Close to golf, tennis, restaurants, and shopping (El Paseo and River mall are minutes away). Walking distance (within one block) to Bristol Farms grocery store, Sherman's Deli and Bakery (great food) Starbucks and more. Gated Community for added security with quiet neighborhood for morning strolls or fitness walks. Close to Joshua Tree National Park and The Living Desert Zoo, Botanical Gardens, College of the Desert weekend sales, El Paseo, the River Mall, Theatres and Casinos. Nearby Palm Springs Tramway takes you 8,516ft/2,597m above the desert floor to the best views and hiking around with over 54 miles of trails. You can trek 5.5 miles to awe inspire (10,834ft/3,302m) peak of San Jacinto or take a one mile nature walk, or stay for lunch at the upper tram station lodge and enjoy the encredible views right off the tram.

My wife and I have enjoyed traveling and have especially loved our trips to desert. We have more and more great friends choosing the desert, too, adding to our fun down there. We really appreciate seeing the sun every day coming from the Northwest. Play some golf or tennis. Cool off with a little pool time. Have a few friends over for dinner by the pool. It doesn't get much better.

We had an awesome time at this Palm Desert property. This is not your typical rental, this place is fully loaded, comfortable, quiet and spotless. The property is located in a gated community close to grocery store, banking, Starbucks, golf, and probably one of the best pizza places in Palm Desert. Sitting poolside made you feel like you were at a high end resort. The owners were very helpful and always available for questions. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. we hop to visit again soon. Thanks Scott & Monique.

Perfect desert vacation!!

Our stay could not have been any better!
The two of us and our little dog were so very content. Whether we were outside by the wonderful salt water swimming pool/spa, BBQing and listening to music with a cold beer. Or relaxing inside with the A/C and watching a show on one of several big screen tv's from incredibly comfy seating.
Other things we loved: Having Bristol Farms Market right across the street, The huge kitchen (with everything you need), VERY comfortable beds and linens, great restaurants, great golf nearby & the putting green on site! Great sound system for tv indoors and music outdoors. Great decor, Quiet walks with our dog in the a.m. and p.m. (lot's of bunnies!) This lovely home has all the bells and whistles. We loved it! and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here so much last year that we didn't even scout out other locations or prices for our return to Palm Desert. This house is perfect! I didn't think it could be better than last year but everything has been refreshed. New warm colors on the walls, and the pool is sparkling. The location of the house is convenient to everything. Directly across the street is a very upscale grocery, Bristol Farms, and just a block away, the more reasonable Alberton's. The home has great space and a wonderfully open floor plan. This year the television was easy to operate, even for us old fogies. So clean, so cool, and so comfortable. We hope to return soon.

What a great spot ! Everything you could want in a vacation home. We enjoyed the pool and tub every day !. Never could figure out how to watch TV but it didn't really matter because we were very busy having a great time.
