With 55 acres in a gated community with private guards, our condo in Tower 1, 12th floor is located right on the beach and offers you an environment where you don’t have to bring a thing with you because it’s all already here. A safe environment, luxurious accommodations, boating and much more. Fitness room plus Nine tennis courts with beautiful views:wireless internet & large Plasma flat screen HD TV in the unit; more than 100 restaurants in the area: very clean and updated community featuring unbelievable tropical landscaping and underground parking: magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and fabulous sunsets from our private balcony that are difficult to duplicate anywhere; huge, heated pool that is meticulously clean: private white sand beach just 300 feet from our condo to the portion of the beach most popular for shelling, walking and a habitat for local wildlife. Homeowner's Association requires minimum rental period of 1 month to assure properties are kept in A++ condition.

LOCAL AMENITIES: Within easy walking distance (walk on the beach) of Marriott and Hilton Resorts whose amenities are offered to the public. These resorts have world-class spas, work-out facilities and beach activities; not to mention their award winning restaurants

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: Homeowner Association Regulations for all units in Tower 1 require a minimum of 1 month rentals so as to (a) keep the property in an A++ condition and (B) reduce damages that may occur from more often rentals

PROPERTY MANAGER: Unit is managed by Prudential Realty of Florida. Prudential has office on Marco Island and an individual who is designated to deal with tenants and make any decisions regarding the unit.

Our unit which is in a private gated community located on a gorgeous strip of white sand beach. Relax on the balcony that extends the whole length of the condo and watch the dolphins at play in the Gulf and be amazed with magnificent Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

My wife and I are happy to submit a review of Mr. Feldmen's property at Marco Island.
The property was ready for occupancy as agreed. Everything was in tip-top shape. The condo interior was beautiful, was well equipped, and was clean as a whistle.
I had requested installation of internet service in the condo. It was installed as requested and worked perfectly.
We enjoyed immensely watching the beautiful sunset every evening from the condo balcony.
The pool was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained.
I would not hesitate for an instant staying again at this condo.

Wonderful Month in Marco

We so much enjoyed staying in this condo at Marco Island. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We were impressed that Prudential Realty was the local property manager to whom we could report any issues; although we had no issues. Everything in the unit worked perfectly, and terrific proximity to the beach and pool. We used a lot of the facilities at the Marriott Resort which is within walking distance on the beach. The pool was VERY large and we spent most afternoons "lazing" right by the pool. My husband took his first para sailing adventure on the beach in front of Marriott Resort and then he rented a wave runner. He was in 7th heaven. We plan to return to this same condo next year.
