Come and relax at this Luxury home after a great game of golf by pampering yourself in our Awesome hot tub!

Luxury waterfront home located in a quiet gated community. Features a resort style pool and overlooks the lake and the 8th hole on the Gold Course at the Ocotillo Golf Course. The house was completely remodeled. It is fully furnished with a 65' T.V. in the living room, a 40' plasma T.V. in the master bedroom, and comes with cable and wireless Internet. The kitchen features granite counters, slate flooring, stainless appliances, and all utensils. The three bedrooms include extra luxurious beds with a King Size bed in the master and two Queens. Sleeps 6. In addition to this we have an Aero-bed that will sleep two more.The resort-style outdoor pool/Spa area has outdoor speakers wired to the stereo system, new patio furniture including a huge umbrella, and a calming fountain..............!!

There is a premium for Heating the Pool/Spa - Rate is $1.70/therm used.

Ocotillo Golf Course and Club: Full privileges at the 27 hole Ocotillo Golf course, pro shop and resort restaurant. Up to 50% discounts on golf fees for your entire foursome every time you play. About Ocotillo: The Ocotillo Lakes is a 1,900 acre master-planned community which includes the Ocotillo Golf Resort, a Ted Robinson designed golf resort managed by the Troon Golf company. Ocotilla House for rent

We were very pleased with our stay in this house. It is very clean, in a great location and everything it was advertised to be. The owners were great. Easy to get ahold of and visit with and very helpfull when needed which was very little. We were able to enjoy several rounds of golf but also had plenty of down time around the pool and spa. We had some company and relatives over and they all enjoyed and liked the house as well. We would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a vacation getaway.
I guess the only slight complaint we heard was there is no TV's in the spare bedrooms but that was very minor.
Grade A from us!! Great owners!! We are looking forward to coming back next March--can't wait!!

Beautiful Inside and Out

This luxury home is beautiful inside and out.

We spent much of our time on the incredible patio, furnished with cushioned couches, beautiful pots, antiques, and other artifacts, all surrounding a lovely pool. A waterway trails through the golf course right behind the pool and a mountain is visible beyond it. The views from the patio and main living room are amazing.

The kitchen has lovely dark wood cabinetry and granite counter tops...appliances are all like new. It opens to a large living space furnished with leather couches and a 60" TV and Bose surround sound. There is a large entertainment wall with a 60" TV and Bose surround sound. There are even multiple CD's and DVD's for the renter's use.

The master bedroom is very large and comfortable and has a big bath and closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have themes. One is designed with a cute car motif and the other is a theater theme...both well done.

The house is professionally decorated and has very attractive art work and accessories. Every room was immaculate.

Cherie and Paul couldn't be nicer as owners and would happy to help with any problem.

Even though we stayed for a month it was very hard to leave.

We were looking for a location to call home base while we visited our children in Chandler. Paul and Cherie's home caught my eye with the private pool and outdoor living room, not to mention being located on one of the most beautiful golf courses in AZ. We spent most of our week with the family right there, enjoying a view of the pool, golf course, water feature, palm trees and San Tan mountains. I did not want to come home!

The description doesn't begin to prepare you for how wonderfully well equipped the property is. Alecia, who greets you and gets you settled, makes you feel perfectly at home, and Paul called us to make sure we were happy. They provided every convenience.

I recommend this property to anyone wanting to have their own "dream"cation, full of relaxation. Thank you Paul and Cherie!

Great people to deal with !!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental .This is a beautiful golf course with amazing homes all around. We were actually upgraded due to someone extending their stay to a bigger beautiful home and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The lady Aleisa who handles the rental is very sweet and helpful. We loved everything about renting from this family and are already planning on our next trip back.. Thanks so much for all your help. We will always cherish the wonderful memories made last week.. A ++++
