Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

Our beautiful condo is at The Oceanfront Papakea Resort, which has some of the largest acreage with the smallest number of condos of any resort in Kaanapali. The grounds consist of almost 14 acres of open grass area, tropical gardens, bamboo & palm trees, koi/lagoon ponds with water fountains and walkways lighted with tiki torches. We have 2 large pools (1 heated), 2 large 30 person hot tub/jacuzzis, 2 - 12 hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboards and 3 lighted tennis courts on the resort.

The Papakea is adjacent to North Kaanapali Beach and a short ride to the harbor town of Lahaina. There are wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance and in nearby Lahaina, which also has many art galleries. We have a local farmers market a few days a week on the neighboring road blocks from the resort for some wonderful local fruits and other great foods.

Our spacious condo has amazing views of the ocean from the moment you walk in the door, kitchen, living area and the lanai, as you can see from the pictures.

Through us there are NO Check-in Fees, NO Resort Fees, NO Re-stocking Fees and NO Daily Amenity Fees AND Parking is FREE. If you mention that you saw us on VRBO we will discount your cleaning fee to $70.00 for stays of 7 nights or more!

Very nice condo, lovely location and great view!

We stayed 4 nights in this condo and it is a great place to stay. The view from the lanai was beautiful. We didn't cook but it seemed like the kitchen was well stocked in case you want to. The king sized bed was really comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. The front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

My wife, daughter and I stayed in this condo during June 2011. We found the condo unit to be very clean, well supplied (dishes, cookware, towels, etc.) and very comfortable. The appliances were clean and worked well, the flat screen TV was nice, and the furniture/bed was in good shape. The unit had beach chairs, bogie boards and a cooler to take to the beach. The view from the lanai was great, it looked over the pond and pool of the resort and had a good view of the ocean. The check-in and check-out was very simple. We used the resort's activity coordinator to book a couple of island activities and that worked very well for us. The location of the resort was great, there was a mini-market right next to the resort and most activities were just a short drive. When we return to Maui in the future, we will certainly try to stay in this condo again.
