Charming, fully furnished 4 bedroom house with a beautiful view to the east, south and west of the Las Vegas Valley. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The downstairs has a large living space with combination bumper pool, poker table, TV, and futon (converts to a queen size bed).The family room and kitchen area is also fully furnished and has a selection of games, books and movies for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, such as blender, toaster, crockpot, rice cooker, coffee maker, coffee grinder etc. There is free WIFI internet and cable TV available,as well as a desktop computer in the office. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms.The backyard is furnished with outdoor furniture as well as a charcoal barbeque grill. The house is near all major points of interests. The Cannery Casino with it's 18 movie theater complex is only half a mile away. All shopping and dining places can be found along Craig Road, and it is only a short drive the strip.

We do reserve the right to increase cleaning fees and security deposits for longer stays. Please contact us for quotes.

Nellis Airforce Base: This home is only 5 miles from Nellis Airforce Base. Very convenient for temporary military lodging or relocation accomodations. Please contact us for details.

NASCAR Las Vegas Motor Speedway: This home is close to the NASCAR Las Vegas Motor Speedway. For annual race events, this home is a perfect getaway to see the races. The trip there will take you less than 10 minutes, a 7 mile stretch.

  • Three of the 4 bedrooms are furnished as bedrooms. For those who need some office space, one bedroom is outfitted with a large corner desk, office chair, computer, and a futon that converts to a full size bed. The futon downstairs also converts to a full/queen size bed. Although there is enough sleeping space to accomodate 10 people, we recommend that no more than 8 people occupy the house. Notes: The table in the Great Room has a multi function. The top can be removed, and it can be used as card game, poker table. Furthermore, it can also be used as a bumper pool table. Books and movies are in the family room for your enjoyment. Although our home does not have a pool, the nearest public swimming pool is only a short drive away. Beautiful house, wish we could've stayed longer. Easy access to all necessary amenities and great freeway access. We've stayed at three other homes thru Home Away and VRBO and it' s the first time my husband said "I would like to stay here again" he never says anything and is just ready to get going. Pam , Rick and Cody Ruggles. P.S. nice secure yard for our two doxies.

This was our first time renting a home from HomeAway.com, and it went very well. The owner's were great to work with, and were prompt and courteous in our email correspondence leading up to us booking the home.

The owner's also had great informational pdf files for us, that helped with the stay.

The home had plenty of room for our family (6 total), and was very clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The home is also close to Interstate 15, so it only took 10 to 15 minutes to get to the strip, or downtown Las Vegas. We would highly recommend this home.

perfect place for our family

In town to visit family and attend a wedding, this ended up a perfect base of operations for us and a nice place for our family to gather all in one spot.
Very inexpensive considering we would have had to rent 3 or 4 hotel rooms, be spread all over and had no place to visit with other family members from in and out of town.
Was as described , very clean, quiet and well stocked with household items we needed to prepare meals and get ready for everything we did while in town it was like bringing our home with us. About 15 min. drive to the strip, 20 min. to airport.
Wouldnt hesitate to rent again and hopefully it will be available for the next time we need to come to town.

Karin and Rick's home was our home away from home for four nights. This beautiful home is large enough for alone time, and plenty of room to seat all for family time. Location was fantastic! Just jump on the freeway and you are on the strip. Too many stores and eating establishments to name. Very close to the racetrack...our commute was hardly anything! The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need. We would recommend to friends and family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Karin and Rick!!

We were in town to see family over a long weekend. We were thrilled to find a home so affordable with ample space for our one-year-old and two-year-old to run around. They each had their own bedroom which made for a peaceful night's sleep and I particularly enjoyed the large master bedroom and tub. The Strip, outlet mall and tourist attractions are a short drive away.

Unfortunately our daughter came down with norovirus the night before we left, so we had to hightail it out of there the next morning and were unable to leave the house in the condition we would have liked.
