Located in the El Encanto Building of the luxury gated Coronado Shores complex where there is a 24-hour doorman and manned guard shack to enter the complex. Please visit the Coronado Shores Condominium Association website for more information and a calendar of events.
Steps to the beach, 4 heated swimming pools/Jacuzzi, 8 tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, gas barbecues, picnic tables and clubhouse. The clubhouse has pool tables, big screen TV, full bar and an outdoor veranda on the beach.
Very near the Hotel Del, Golf course, bike trails, shopping, restaurants, live theatre, bus/shuttle stop, and Community Center. The Coronado Community Center located across the street has a full size lap pool, basketball courts and recreation activities. At Seaforth Boat Rental you can rent a boat, kayak, Jet Ski or fishing gear.
Easy access and close to all that San Diego has to offer either by bridge, ferry or water taxi.
There is one garage space provided. Additional permit parking within the gated community is available if needed.
Coronado City requires a minimum 4 week rental. We rent to guests for 1 to 3 months as we enjoy staying here ourselves.
Rental rates vary from $2600 to $5500 a month depending on the season and duration of your stay. Discount off the posted rates for 2-3 month reservation.
