Remodeled on November 2012, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment sleeps 8.. Conveniently located close to the I10 Freeway and the main thoroughfare of La Cienega Blvd, guests can arrive in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Downtown LA, or the beach in 10 minutes

Blond hardwood floors throughout this spacious apartment, lots of sunlight and new contemporary furnishings, make for a cheerful and calming place to call home base for your visit to Los Angeles. The living area faces west and has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset. Furnishings include a charcoal grey queen sleeper sofa, white modern love seat, large flat screen television and a dining room table that seats eight people. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinetry, charcoal grey Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a built in microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot and blender.

The master bedroom and bath is en suite, with queen bed and a flat screen television. The master bath has a shower stall, white cabinetry with soft grey countertops and a window. The second and third bedroom have queen beds and share the hall bath, which is similar in décor as the master, yet with a tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms are decorated with new earth tone duvets, white washed oak side tables, modern white lamps, mirrored double door closets and windows with sun blocking blinds behind white linen curtains. The hallway has a coat closet and a linen cabinet stocked with extra linens and towels.

Extra amenities include central heat and air, security gated walkways, community laundry facilities and one parking space for guest use, as well as street parking. A block walk from the apartment is a shopping center with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds and a CVS Pharmacy.

Excellent condo unit, Amazing value

Well I spent two weeks trying to find a place for 7 to stay in LA area, and I couldn't have found a better place for the price than this one. The staff and housekeeping crew were extremely nice and professional, anticipating and answering a renter's questions before they are even asked. Rental agreement and check-in were great.

Condo unit is part of a gated 4-unit complex in the heart of LA. Cute neighborhood with houses and condo complexes on street and adjacent streets. Walking distance to CVS, McDonalds, and an awesome Taco truck. 2 miles from BevHills & Hollywood, with condo right off main blvd in LA (La Cienega). Very spacious unit, excellent stocked kitchen, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and perfect living area with TV. I will definitely stay here again and recommend the place to any parties of 5-8 (including kids).

I and my 4 friends stayed there for 3 days, with a rate considerably low in this spot. Besides, everything here is clean and tidy. Strongly recommended for couples of friends.

Cozy and chic for a fantastic price!

This apartment was very spacious, even for six people. It was very clean and cozy. My favorite part had to be the decor because it was all new and very modern-looking. I enjoyed the ease of checking in and checking out. Everything you needed was provided, and it was all gated, so I felt very safe staying here as well. The only strange thing was the tight parking spaces, but I eventually learned all parking lots are tight in California. You really can't beat the price considering you are staying in the LA area, and it was WAY cheaper than a hotel would have been. The location was great since it was close to many restaurants, the gym, and there was hardly any traffic compared to other areas. I would definitely stay here again!

The appartment was in perfect conditions and with everything we needed to live feeling like at home for the long weekend. The only downside of the place i can think of right now is that there is only one trash can in the kitchen, but no more; making it difficult to find bags to organize and separate garbage.

Excellent stay!

Accessible to places where we went. It was huge for just 3 guests to stay but nice to have our own bedroom for a 5 nights stay though. The only problem we have encountered was interenet speed was a little slow. But AE people had it fixed right away. Would absolutely tell our friend about this place!
