This newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath apartment sleeps eight guests. Conveniently located close to the I10 Freeway and the main thoroughfare of La Cienega Boulevard, guests can arrive in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Miracle Mile, downtown Los Angeles, or the beach in just minutes.

Blond hardwood floors throughout this spacious apartment, lots of sunlight and new contemporary furnishings, make for a cheerful and calming place to call home base for your visit to Los Angeles. The living area faces west and has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset. Furnishings include a charcoal grey queen sleeper sofa, white modern love seat, large flat screen television and a dining room table that seats eight people. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinetry, charcoal grey Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a built in microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot and blender.

The master bedroom and bath is en suite, with queen bed and a flat screen television. The master bath has a shower stall, white cabinetry with soft grey countertops and a window. The second and third bedroom have queen beds and share the hall bath, which is similar in décor as the master, yet with a tub/shower combination. All three bedrooms are decorated with new earth tone duvets, white washed oak side tables, modern white lamps, mirrored double door closets and windows with sun blocking blinds behind white linen curtains. The hallway has a coat closet and a linen cabinet stocked with extra linens and towels.

Extra amenities include central heat and air, security gated walkways, community laundry facilities and one parking space for guest use, as well as street parking. A block walk from the apartment is a shopping center with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds and a CVS Pharmacy.

Comfortable, Centrally Located Apartment

Enjoyed my stay at this property. The apartment itself is quite large and easily accommodated my family of 7. Of course my wife needed to bring her mother and a nanny for the kids, so between us all, at least we had 2 full bathrooms, plenty of living room space, and a large refrigerator for our food. The apartment is modern and sleek. Wood floors, new cabinets, and nice stainless appliances. Surprisingly it got hot one day so we turned on the central A/C which was a treat. Cooled off in minutes - even with my mother in law in the room;) And location was the key. We needed to be staying in between Hollywood, Downtown (for work), and Beverly Hills, Venice Beach. The apartment isn't walking distance to anything but in my rental car within 10 minutes I could be all the places. The reserved parking spot came in handy to know we had a place to park. Overall the apartment gave what it said, space, remodeled, good tv/internet, and very very central for all of the Los Angeles site seeing and tourist attractions. And AE Hospitality staff was so nice and friendly. Really a professional group. I'd stay again at the Garth Apartments next time in LA.
