Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Enjoy this spacious 1000 square foot, open, two bedroom non-smoking, condo located in the Heart of East Vail. The views of the waterfall are spectacular. This family owned, vacation condo is not part of a rental pool and is used primarily as our second home. You deal with the owners directly, not an uncaring rental agency.

Fully furnished with BRAND NEW furnishings to sleep six people comfortably. Sleeping arrangements include: Queen beds in the Master bedroom and the enclosed loft, and a full bed in the den. The deck offers amazing views of the East Vail Waterfall and makes for a great breakfast spot or just a place to unwind.

Alpine and Nordic skiing (Vail cross country ski track 100 yards from condo), ice skating, hiking, biking, golf, fly fishing, and tennis are all nearby as is the newly renovated Gerald Ford Amphitheater/Vilar Pavilion. No smoking or pets allowed.

Once you arrive there is no need to drive. Leave your car in the free parking lot and walk to the market, complete with liquor store, POOL and HOT TUB. Fifty feet from the front door is the free town bus, just three stops and eight minutes from the Heart of Vail Village. Or, walk, cross country ski, roller blade or ride your bike the 3.5 miles into town on the beautiful bike path that runs alongside the Gore Creek.

We came up for some amazing skiing. The condo is just steps from the bus stop! Other places have you walking long distances with your ski boots and carrying your skis. The condo is also right next to the convenience store and liquor store. Unlike so other places in East Vail, this condo is sunny and has a great view. There's a shared hot tub for the complex. I felt that the rates were completely reasonable, and there was nothing else we could have needed that wasn't in the condo.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
