"I can not even begin to tell you thankful I am for offering your home to us! My client Victor was not expecting anything even close to Villa Koi to exist on this coastline. To say the least EVERYONE, my broker included is BLOWN away!! In addition, Lucy and Javier and the food are completely over the top! We fished yesterday and caught nearly 400 lbs of Yellowfin Tuna.....Victor caught the largest fish (130 lbs) and had never done anything like it in his life.....he is a VERY sophisticated man and I asked how he liked the house and he said "I am very humbled and thankful...the house is presidential...fit for kings".... I GUARANTEE he will be back to Villa Koi!

stayed a week in early august and was treated to the finest accomodations and service you could ever expect. I have stayed in several villas in PV as well as the beautiful 4 seasons but if you want something truly unique and special- this is the place. You know how when you go on a couples trip and rent a large house you worry a little about the inequality of the suites? Not a problem here as all 4 master suites are incredible with a fifth room with 2 queens that is awesome as well. Perfect for a couples or girls trip or even family retreat. The massages under the palapa by the pool overlooking the beach are unbelievable. The delicious food is prepared by Lucy and served by Javier who I just cant say enough about. They really make the vacation special.The villa is so safe and the attention to detail with its artwork and soothing koi ponds will leave you speechless. Thanks again for helping me make my wife's 40th birthaday one she will NEVER forget...jorge

From the first time the carved doors open and you walk into Villa Koi, you notice the design details and the steps that lead you down to a spectacular view of the koi pond, infinity pool and Banderas Bay. Words can't describe the feeling of the spotless rooms, the living/dining room underneath the dramatic central palapa and my very favorite spot; the pool area...where you float above crashing waves and enjoy the continuous breeze while sipping a sunset cocktail that Javier supplies with a huge grin. This is the perfect luxurious rental home for a large family, group of couples or friends or for anyone looking for the perfect blend of relaxation, privacy,shopping and dining on unbelievably delicious food ( prepared by Lucy Alvarez, a former hotel chef). Javier and Lucy's service was impeccable, anticipating everyone's need. The food and cocktails alone will make you never want to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I truly think about this vacation every day and anticipate our next stay. We would recommend Villa Koi to anyone with discriminating taste.
