We offer one-room apartment for two people. Your well-kept apartment is equipped with a kitchen, air-condition, TV and bathroom. When you step out on to the balcony, you see the sea in all its splendour.

In addition to Greek village life and a beautiful beach, Neos Marmaras has many other attractions. You can take a tour of the Sithonia Peninsula (approximately 90 km, or 57 miles) and discover the fabulous beaches and idyllic mountains. Or take a boat trip around the Athos Peninsula. Athos is the site of picturesque 13th-century Orthodox monasteries inhabited by monks. There are no roads or electricity. Thessaloniki is also well worth a visit. It is the second largest city in Greece with more than a million inhabitants. Thessaloniki boasts many cultural attractions as well as a pulsing nightlife..

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen und erlebnisreichen Badeurlaub! Von Neos Marmaras aus konnten wir jeden Tag an einem anderen wunderschönen Strand verbringen. Saubere, zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit einem 180° Ausblick aufs Meer! Wir konnten sogar die Delfine von dort beobachten (unbedingt Fernglas mitnehmen). Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort und vor allem in erreichbarer Nähe.
Wir würden unseren Urlaub immer wieder dort verbringen! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern (8, 12 und 14 Jahre alt) eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Räume sind zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Von Außen stört keinerlei Disco- oder Tavernenlärm. Tellis, der Vermieter, ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist nicht notwendig. Für Individualtouristen sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferien in Neo Marmaras

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, für Kinder gibt es jedoch kaum Möglichkeiten sich rund ums Haus auszutoben. Aber dafür gibt es ja den schönen Stadtstrand knappe 300m vom Haus entfernt. Er kann über einen steilen Trampelpfad erreicht werden. Neo Marmaras selbst bietet einen kleinen Luna-Park, mit ein paar Attraktionen, und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants die von "Fastfood" bis "mäßig traditionell" einzustufen sind.
Für Selbstversorger gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, in denen es so gut wie alles gibt.
Bestens bedient ist, wer seinen Pkw dabei hat, und die Strände in der Umgebung abgrasen kann. Hier findet sich alles, von Topfebenen Sandbuchten bis zu Sandstränden mit Blick aufs offene Meer und Riesenwellen.
So läßt sich auch der ca. 15 Km entfernte Lidl erreichen.
Die Betreuung der Ferienwohnung durch Hausherr Dimitri ist absolute Spitze, und der Zimmerservice erstklassig. Alles in Allem war das Ganze ein Wohlfühlurlaub zum Abschalten.
