This home is absolutely stunning...it has everything, plus......the Heated pool, the golf course, and of course the view! Located in one of the most desirable areas of South Florida, Eagle Ridge is a private deeded Golf Community, with individually designed homes built around the golf course and surrounded by a natural preserve. The 18 hole Golf Course is fantastic, with exceptional rates, it's privately owned and also open to the public, with putting green, club house and tennis courts.

Family Room:

After a busy day, enjoy the comfortable oversized sofa/chairs in front of the stone Fireplace which provide an exceptional view to the Golf Course. There is a desk for your Office use, providing Wireless Internet DSL access, to enable you to either run your business or surf in the Sunshine!

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances including a regular convection oven & warming drawer. .It is equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare that special meal. There is also a stereo sound system throughout with IPOD docking station to play your music throughout the home.

This is the perfect Florida home. Everything is provided for you, even two sets of Golf Clubs !! (ladies & gents) - so you really just need to bring your clothes.

Our rental experience was easy from start to finish. The owner was very prompt in getting us the contract and letting us know what to expect. The home was exactly as it was advertised in VRBO, well maintained and the view from the pool was the best. The property was clean and comfortable. We would recommend the property to friends and relatives.

Excellent vacation property

This is a great house for two couples or a small family especially if you enjoy golf. The location is close to good shopping, a variety of restaurants, and baseball spring training facilities for the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and within easy distances to I-75 and the airport. The beach is about 15-20 minutes away, and the sand is white and soft. Old downtown Fort Myers is quaint with easy strolling to shops and restaurants, parks and the waterfront. There are plenty of places to rent boats and kayaks In Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach, and there is water everywhere for fishing, cruising, Manatee sightings, etc. The owners are very easy to work with and have provided a lot of information about the area restaurants and activities.

Very spacious and comfortable home. Loved the huge lanai and pool area with great golf course views . The weather was wonderful, even for January which made the pool area very enjoyable. Bill was very helpful with questions we may have had. I highly recommend.

Great Christmas Vacation

We had a great time and found this property to be top notch in all respects. Very peaceful with plenty of birds and wildlife to keep you entertained. We golfed several rounds at Eagle Ridge Golf Course and very much enjoyed both the course with water on 17 of 18 holes, as well as the excellent treatment by the course staff. It was fun to tee off on the 4th hole and see your vacation home beside the green. The heated pool was excellent and the pool is professionally serviced weekly. Bill is great to deal with as is Rex the propert maintenance manager. Great location feels secluded yet close to all the amenities and 10 minutes from Fort Myers Airport.

perfect home

We (2 couples) stayed in the house for a 3 weeks holiday. We enjoyed it very much. The house was very clean and the furniture is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Every morning we had breakfast on the lanai watching the early morning golfers feeding the fish with golf balls. The house is also close to everything: shopping malls, various golf courses, restaurants, beaches. For us it was the perfect home away from home.
Bill supported us in every question we had. He returned the deposit very soon after departure.
We would rent it again.
