Wailea Ekolu is a quiet low density condominium complex located in South Maui. Our unit offers gorgeous ocean views and all the comforts of home. Located away from street and pool noise, on the 16th Tee of the 'Old Wailea Blue' golf course. Close to shopping, beaches, restaurants and great golf. This is an UPSTAIRS UNIT (less noise, better views, high ceilings). There are two swimming pools in the complex. One is located conveniently close to our unit. There is no better place to enjoy a good cup of coffee, book, or meal, than on our lanai overlooking the ocean, especially during whale season! Everything Hawaii has to offer, without the crowds.

About The Owner

We came to Maui for our Honeymoon in 1977. We would vacation in Maui as often as possible. Each time we wanted to stay longer and longer. We now live on Maui about half time. We love Maui and particularly Wailea. It is the perfect place to relax and play!

The Owner purchased this condo in 1999
Why The Owner chose Wailea

We were drawn to South Maui because of the beautiful beaches, snorkeling and golf. We also like the convenience to other parts of the island.

What makes this condo unique

Our rental unit has a huge ocean view, on the Wailea Blue golf course. It is close to the beaches, walking trail, shopping, and restaurants. Recently remodeled.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy this comfortable unit and tried to rebook before we left but other smart people had already taken our dates! Great view and owners easy to work with and were kind enough to share some pumpkin pie with us over Thanksgiving! Thanks again!

Very Lovely Condo

We had an incredible time. The place is lovely. There were just two of us, but you could have four, especially with two full baths. It was nice to have beach chairs and things available. We'd love to stay again. The view is lovely from the balcony.
I walked to the Shops at Wailea a couple times. The beach is a short drive. Thanks for sharing your place!

We stayed 5 weeks at Paradise Found. What a lovely setting, peaceful, friendly well located and quiet. Ken and Sue thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We are still talking about the great time we had there. It was so much fun watching the whales from the lanai and the sunsets were just spectaular. Time spent around the pool was so relaxing, not crowded and very quiet (great for catching up on some reading). Again Mahalo for all your hospitality it was greatly appreciated.

My only recommendation would be to have a pencil and note pad near the phone. We could have used a piece of paper. Otherwise we loved the condo. The view was wonderful,. The sunsets were awesome. It was clean and well supplied with all we needed to make it home for a couple of weeks.

We loved eating nearby at Paradise Pita. Outstanding food, fresh and excellent staff. It was a nice quiet place to dine.

We would recommend the condo to friends.

Maui paradise

We had a wonderful week on Maui, staying in the Davis condo at quiet, Ekolu Village—a most convenient location for us, within minutes from several nice beaches and wonderful snorkeling. Not there during whale watching season, we still appreciated the ocean view and gorgeous sunsets from our second floor Lanai. The condo is clean and very well quipped with everything needed for cooking, laundry, beach accessories and convenient parking. October proved to be a pleasant time to be on Maui: warm, clear ocean, comfortable temperatures and uncrowded beaches. Very accommodating, pleasant owners too.
