The SunBird Golf Resort is an age restricted, 55+ community located in Chandler, Arizona.
Our home has two bedrooms, two baths and garage with opener. The back patio is surrounded by a wrought iron fence with an access gate to the walking path. Supermarkets and other conveniences are only a few minutes away.
This gated and guarded community has many recreational facilities: golf, tennis courts, swimming pools, shuffleboard courts,billiard tables, horseshoe pits, ceramics room, lapidary room and dance room. The clubhouse has a library and restaurant with bar. A US Post Office is also on-site for your convenience.
Many places to go and sites to see. The Grand Canyon, Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff and Mexico are accessible. In the cluhouse you can sign up for day trips. There are many sporting events to attend; professional basketball, hockey, football and baseball spring training. The Diamondbacks and Cardinals Stadium is 25 minutes away.
In the area, you will also find museums, shows, the Desert Botanical Gardens, and a zoo.
