The vacation home is suitable for 2 to 6 persons. The home is on an enclosed lot is located in a private villa resort. Distance to Tossa de Mar is about 3km, to your own private beach 1,400m. The resort's own security service is on guard day and night. Floor area: approximately 110 sqm, sea view, high quality furnishing, central gas heating, large dining-living room with fireplace, dining table made of solid wood, satellite TV (colour), CD player. Layout: 3 bedrooms, 2 showers/toilets, Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine etc., barbecue, lawn furniture, parking area on the street behind the house, pool-terrace, pool-size: 4x8 m. Dogs are permitted (with advance notice).

Tossa is considered the most beautiful town of the entire Costa Brava. Lloret offers all kinds of water sports activities, there is also go-cart racing, a water park for an active nightlife. The home is situated along Spain's most beautiful section of coastline between Lloret de Mar(6km) and Tossa de Mar (3km). Thanks to the town's progressive tourist policies it has maintained its medieval character. Many different restaurants offer tasty traditional dishes at reasonable prices. A supermarket as well as two modestly priced restaurants and three tennis courts are located at the guarded villa resort's entrance. The resort's own sandy beach has been receiving yearly rewards for cleanliness from Spain's tourist board since 1993. Equipped with showers and bathrooms the beach also has a bar and a restaurant. A nearby nature reserve is ideally suited for hiking. Day trips to the Pyrenees and Andorra are recommended

wir fühlte uns in diesem ferienhaus sehr wohl. wir können überhaupt nichts bemängeln... es war sauber, der pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt, die lage war traumhaft. die fahrt nach tossa dauert ca. 5 minuten und nach lloret ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto, es gibt einen kleinen supermarkt dort, und man kriegt alles, was man braucht. man muss aufjedenfall berücksichtigen, dass wenn man in der gegend urlaub macht, dass man dev. ein auto braucht. ohne ist man aufgeschmissen!!!

zu empfehlen ist auch Ameisenspray! die fressen einen ab und an bald auf (speziell salami mögen sie, obwohl es noch verpackt ist:-) aber dies ist ein übel, dass man gerne in kauf nimmt.

also alles in allem ein super preis leistungsverhältnis! falls wir wieder in der gegend urlaub machen wollen, fahren wir gerne wieder in can ronja.

Wir haben das Haus Can Ronia vor kurzem mit 4 Leuten besucht und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist klassisch modern und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Bei sehr heißem Wetter kann ein Sprung in den Pool sehr angenehm sein. Ich kann Can Ronia nur weiter empfehlen. Volle Punktzahl!

wir haben das Can Ronia im deutschen Winter 2009 im Januar gebucht u. waren mit unseren 2 Hunden in diesem sehr sonnigen Haus 2 Wochen.Alles hat sehr gut geklappt mit der Abwicklung u. durch die Suedlage des Hauses konnten wir auch im Januar viele Stunden in der Sonne liegen. Das Haus hat einen herrlichen Meerblick wo wir oft die Kreuzfahrtschiffe nach Barcelona beobachten konnten.
Mit unseren Hunden konnten wir sehr stressfrei ohne Leine
spazierengehen u. haben jeden Tag den schnell erreichbaren Strand besucht. Endlich konnten wir dem deutschen Winter entfliehen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt u. zum nahen Tossa kann man schoen zu Fuss gehen. Herrlicher Weg am Meer entlang. Wir werden wiederkommen u. koennen dieses gepflegte Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

wir waren mit 6 personen im september 2008 vor ort und restlos zufrieden. alles entsprach unseren vorstellungen.
besonders schön ist der eigene pool im objekt.

Tolles Haus...ruhige Lage

Wir waren im Sommer 2007 in diesem Chalet mit 6 Personen und es war wirklich toll..die Lage, das Haus, der Pool ...einfach alles nur zu empfehlen. Das einzige was zu erwähnen wäre ist der Weg zum Strand und nach Tossa oder Lloret ist nur mit dem Auto zu bestreiten, aber bei dem Pool ist das nicht ganz so tragisch.
