New Miami Studio, great value for vacation, business, corporate or short term rentals, perfect location in a quite residential neighborhood in the center of Miami, located with in a 10 minute drive to Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown, Key Biscayne Beach and with in a 20 minute drive to South Beach. Unit comes with top of the line 'Chiro Zone' queen size pillow top bed with three levels of firmness in seven zones to relieve pressure from the body for comfort and fatique recovery for a good night sleep, central a/c, tile floors, new bathroom, fully equipped new kitchenette with all appliances, pots, pans, china, sink, double burner, refrigerator and microwave oven, comes with bath towels, beach towels, bed sheets, iron/ board, hair dryer, beach chairs/umbrella. Rent includes all utilities, water, electric, cable, wi-fi and parking. Studio is located a few blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, 24 hour pharmacy, fitness center/gym, public transit and more.

Fitness Center/ Gym: There is a fitness center/ gym located four blocks walking distance from the unit, you can use daily for a small fee, is called LA Fitness, (Address) 3301 Coral Way, (Phone) 305-445-7140.

Lost Keys: If you lose the keys, there will be a $50.00 replacement fee, deducted from your deposit on departure.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates Starting at $75.00/night/$375.00/week, $1,400.00/ month.
  • Check In time: From 2:00PM-10:00PM. Check In after 11:00PM / Late Check In Fee of $100.00.
    Check Out time: Before 11:00AM.

    A Reservation/Security Deposit of $200.00 is required for all reservations/rentals or a $400.00 deposit is required for all monthly rentals at time of reservation, deposits are payable with a Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Debit Card through www.PayPal.com, the reservation deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The reservation deposit does not apply towards the rent, the deposit is fully refundable on departure with in 48 hours through PayPal, if the unit is returned in the same conditions. The rent is due/payable in 'CASH' when we meet in person for the check in after 2:00pm at the building/studio to exchange the rent for the keys/unit. There is no room service during your stay, there is room service before your arrival with clean towels, bed sheets/linens and after your departure.
  • Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
    The reservation/security deposit is only refundable on departure through PayPal, if the unit is returned in the same conditions, no damage or excessive cleaning required, if for any reason you cancel your reservation and don't rent or stay in the unit , you lose your entire reservation deposit. Once you agree the day of your check in to stay in the unit and we exchange the rent for the keys/unit, the rent is non refundable. If for any reason you decide to check out early, before your check out date, you lose the entire rent. The Studio is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS allowed or you lose your deposit. This Studio only sleeps 1-2 people, if at any time we find out that there are more then two people staying in the Studio you lose your deposit.

The studio are very quite, good position 10' to key biscaine, 15' miami beach, 5 coconut, publix 3 blocks.
Fully furnished, clean and soft climate.

Very Relaxing, Clean, Attractive, Convenient

As advertised, plus more! There's an outdoor fishpond with fish and an albino frog as you approach the foyer door, and outside the studio's main window there are live orchids growing on a privacy fence. The small lot is very well landscaped, there's private parking, and the host is very pleasant and helpful. The pictures and description are accurate, the location is convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Did I say clean? I meant VERY CLEAN. I really enjoyed my stay, and would certainly stay there again. Recommended for a single or couple with car.

yo visité la casa de Val, y nos quedamos enamorados del lugar, todo estaba bien organizado y muy limpio . Val estaba siempre atento a cada demandes de nuestra parte y nos sentiamos como en nuestra propia casa, tienen el wi-fi gratis y esta cerca de muchos cafe, restaurantes,mercados. yo les aconcejaria visitarla si van a visitar Miami,,,seguro que yo volveré ....

nous avons visité la maison de Val, et nous étions en amour avec l'endroit, tout était bien organisé et très propre. Val a toujours été attentive à toute demande de nous et nous nous sentions comme chez nous, ils ont le wi-fi et la maison est proche de nombreux cafés, restaurants, marchés. ,,, sûr que je retournerai chez lui. merci Val.

This studio is a great value! It's furnished with the best style & comfort. It is in new condition. This is our 2nd studio we've rented with Val & he's the best person to rent from..in every way. Since we love the Coral Gables, Coconut Grove,Miami Beach, Biscaynne Bay areas, we were in the best spot to easily drive there quickly. We love to eat at the famous Cuban Versailles restaurant which was approx 5 mins away. You must go there, it's got a huge menu of delicious food. If you enjoy shopping, lots of good places are a few mins. away. Peace, comfort & quiet is what you get in this studio!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
