Sterling Reef Beach Resort is one of the nicest Condominium Resorts on the beach featuring extra large balconies which can be accessed either from the living room or master bedroom. Unit 1903 is a penthouse unit offering amazing views of the beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets of Panama City Beach, Florida. Free WI-Fi and phone service will help you feel right at home during your stay. Waste away your days relaxing by the seasonally heated bi-level waterfall pool, digging your toes in the sand or fishing from Miller Pier located mere steps down the beach. Other amenities you will enjoy are covered parking, fitness center, activity room, DVD rentals, BBQ grill, Sky Terrace and on site beach chair/water sports rental.

The penthouse unit features a beachfront master bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. You can unwind at the end of the day lying in bed watching TV or soaking away the day in the large soaking tub/shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway. Want privacy? No worries. The layout of the condo provides great separation of the bedrooms so you and your quest will have adequate privacy. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The open floor plan allows you to prepare your meals while enjoying beautiful ocean views. You will find a coffee maker, toaster, blender and pots/pans for you cooking pleasure.

The condo has a wonderful view, very clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone. My husband loved the fact that it was close to the pier so that he could go fishing.We will definitley be back next year!

Well, It was AWESOME for my wife, son, and two nephews. The view was perfect and the room was the best I've stayed in a while. My wife said " We will stay here ever time we come to P.C.". The beds were comfortable and the pillows weren't flat. Plenty of room for us. The only problem I had was just two elevators in the hotel but the room and view made up for it. It has a great location not far from anywhere we wanted to go or do. Perfect for anyone. Even people afraid of heights like me, lol.

This condo really exceeded our expectations! The condo had a really nice lay out and beautiful furniture! The view from our balcony was a million dollar view. This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Thanks for everything you did for us to make our stay enjoyable!!

Immaculate!

I was very impressed with this unit! It was immaculately clean! The furnishings and decorations were beautiful and not too much! I have often been in condos that were so crowded with furniture and beach decor that it was hard for my large family to move around comfortably. Not so, in this condo! The view was incredible and the check in process was a breeze! It took us a few days to get used to being so high up (top floor), but otherwise, the property was the best we've ever stayed in! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to PCB. Thanks!
