Exceptional relaxation in our spacious single level 1400 square foot condo, overlooking the first fairway. This east facing home receives the warmth of the rising morning sun. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the covered patio listening to the tranquil water feature while reading the morning paper.

The tiled entry leads you to an inviting living room, with high end comfortable couches, while viewing a new 50 inch flat screen Plasma TV, over the gas fireplace and wet bar. The quality of the dining area provides seating for six but can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The bedrooms are extremely homey and comfortable that overlook an airy atrium. The Master has a bed fit for a king , master bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has appointed Cherry bedroom furniture and a queen bed. Available is a motorized aero double bed or couch that is as big as a single bed for guests. Aero bed available upon request.

The garage can double park, and washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is well equipped for a chef and a wet bar is provided.

This 24 hour gated complex includes 4 swimming pools and hot tubs. There are eight newly surfaced tennis courts, fitness center, restaurant and clubhouse. The 18 hole golf course is a par 4 and beautiful. You can also play the sister courses at Cimmarron. Various social activities are available to you in high season. Shopping is very convenient and within a short walk including a Starbucks , Ice cream at Dairy Queen and a Albertson Grocery store. Nearby are the classic La Quinta Resort and Spa and Marriot Desert Springs Resort. Also, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens is just a short 5 minute drive north.

We so enjoyed our stay at your condo. Our intentions are to return next year for an even longer time. We so appreciated your response to our request of a DVR and lounge chair, plus other things that made our stay most enjoyable. We hope to see you again next season.
