COME ENJOY OUR HEATED POOL!!!!

Enjoy spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets from this one bedroom second floor direct beachfront unit in TROPIC TERRACE, a '50s era resort motel with a lushly landscaped tropical courtyard in beautiful Treasure Island.

Reminiscent of old Florida, our beach getaway is furnished with vintage bamboo and tropical accents, and is fully equipped with all linens, cookware, and dishes. The condo features a bedroom with a king size bed, nightstand, TV hutch with television and a closet. The living area has a sleeper sofa, two bamboo swivel chairs with footstools, a dining table, a television with DVD and VCR player and a stereo with CD player. There is easy access free onsite parking.

This condo is a short walk to many beachside restaurants and bars, including Gators Cafe and Saloon, Sloppy Joes on the Beach and Caddy's. This unit is just minutes to Publix grocery store and historic John's Pass where you will find restaurants, dolphin watch cruises, parasailing, shops, boat/jet-ski rentals, gambling cruises and deep-sea fishing. (see link for John's Pass below)

Treasure Island has a municipal golf and tennis center. The golf course is a challenging nine hole par-3 course situated on the inter-coastal waterway. The tennis center offers eight clay courts and two hard courts.

Tampa's Busch Gardens is less than an hour drive and Orlando's Disney, Epcot, Seaworld, MGM and Universal Studios are about two hours away. The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Tampa is just one hour away for a night of gambling and entertainment!

The Tampa Bay area has NFL Football in Tampa at Raymond James Stadium, NHL Hockey at The St Petersburg Times Forum in Tampa, and MLB Baseball at Tropicana Stadium just 10 minutes away! There is Golfing with twenty 18-hole courses from two miles to 15 miles away. The property is only 15 minutes to museums and downtown St. Petersburg 'Bay Walk' entertainment center, movie theaters and more restaurants.
