Sunnyside is a stunning, Gulf-front home located the Emerald Coast, noted for its pristine, white sugary sand and breathtaking waters.

This retreat is a spacious 4 bedroom home that sleeps up to 15 (13 guests are in beds). Not only is the inside of this home spacious, but the deck overlooking the beach is ideal for your family or event.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, large appliances and is fully equipped for your family or caterer.

Great house on beautiful beach

We had 4 couples , so this house was very good for us. The downstairs bedrooms are the "masters" and one is definitely superior , but they are very nice. The 2 upstairs are fine, one larger, but good bathrooms and beds - bunks in both but we had no use for those.
We spent time eating on the fab deck and reading or swimming or paddle boarding . The house is right on the beach and closer to the water than any house I've stayed in around there! Also, it's so convenient to the groceries, beaches of south Walton ( rosemary is 4 miles and carillon is just a minute away)
You must try Milkes diner toward panama city for bfast or lunch! We rode bikes , too, and it was a great week. The house was perfect
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

P.S. The only thing hurricane Isaac stirred up was some fantastic shelling on the beach.

Great house! Large enough to accomadate 11guests without getting on each others nerves. The beach was beautiful. Close to shopping & restaurants. Would love to stay again.Count-Oakes very easy to worth with.

It isn't very often that expectations are exceeded these days, but our stay at the "Sunnyside" certainly did! The pictures on-line were beautiful, but they did not do justice to the beautiful home or gorgeous beach!!! What a great vacation it provided and we look forward to returning again. Thank you!

Yes, you are quite right about the photos not doing justice to the owners' gulf-front beach homes. I have spent numerous hours in the homes at different times of the day taking countless photos in an effort to capture a glimpse of the Gulf experience. Nothing in a photo can prepare our guests for entering into each of the beautifully appointed beach-front homes and then have your breath taken away stepping out onto the decks only to discover the Gulf of Mexico is your back yard. Amazing indeed. Hope to see you again soon.

We had an extended family reunion here over a four day period. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for a large group with plenty of room and plenty of seating. We never felt cramped. The location was perfect for us wanting to be at the beach during spring break but not wanting to be in the middle of all the craziness. It is close driving distance to Pier park and just minute (literally) away from Publix and Winn Dixie. Very convenient. We will likely rent here again in the future.
