HAMPTON BEACH BEACHFRONT LUXURY PENTHOUSE NEW HAMPSHIRE SEACOAST

Little more that can be said about the Penthouse that has not been said already in the previous reviews. My family and few friends of my teenage children all voted this the best vacation ever. That over many trips to Hampton, Outerbanks, various Florida locales, etc.

I thought I would comment on all the small details that Terry thought about and put into this place that takes it beyond a standard luxury rental and into to something special.

It starts with the Sun to Sun stay instead of the customary Sat to Sat stay. Anyone ever making that drive up 495 to Hampton on Sat or the drive out the follow Sat knows how stressful the traffic is putting stress on the start and end of your vacation...Needless to say that is not an issue as you arrive jazzed and excited and leave relaxed and sad it is over.

The bedding, linens and towels are to die for. You will find yourself it those beds more than you normally world in a rental...watching the large screen TV, wrapped in super soft down comforters, listening to ocean and watching fireworks out your window. I am a bed and pillow snob when I travel and these were perfect.
The kitchen is outfitted with every utensil you could ever need, plenty of top notch pans and cookware, a great steamer pot (put to very good use - go to Eastman’s to get raw clams), a great grill on that massive deck.

The AV system is top notch with Terry even putting HiDef packages on the main TVs and DVRs...although other than checking the weather there was not much TV watching as I mainly hung on front deck watch humanity walk by.

Anyone concerned with the location need not be. The stairs were actually not nearly as bad as feared, the door and entrance is secure and while you walk by the bar area of the casino, I never felt wrong about letting my kids come and go freely as everyone is respectful up there. As for any noise concerns forget it. The building is built like a vault. We never heard any sounds at all from downstairs in the unit. The walls between rooms and layout also help with sound in the unit as even with 4 teenagers in the media room, we could hear nothing in the master bedroom. The only sounds you hear from outside we're the nightly fireworks going off on the beach which I really enjoyed.

Last is communication with the owner. Pre, during, and post-rental any question or concern was responded to immediately. Nice to deal with owner that truly wants you to enjoy your stay in his place!

We arrived at the Penthouse and left all of our worries behind! The views are spectacular, the amenities are beyond compare and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Everything was very clean (much cleaner than my own home!!). Our teenage kids loved being in the center of the action and the adults enjoyed being able to park the car and walk to everything we needed. We will never be able to stay anywhere else at Hampton Beach!

We have stayed at several properties on the Cape and none of them even begin to compare with the luxury at the Penthouse in Hampton Beach . We felt very spoiled and our only complaint we have is that we had to leave and go home!!

Our family of 6 adults, one infant and a small terrier stayed a week here and loved it! The photos do NOT do it justice! We are very picky travelers and repeatedly travel to Hampton Beach, and it exceeded our expectations over and over. It was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were awesome. The great room of combined kitchen, dining and living room was great for our family to hang out, use the beautiful appliances and eat. This area and the wrap-around deck outside with multiple-windowed doors make great spaces for entertaining. There is wi-fi all over and speakers throughout the deck and house. The deck has amazing views, an area to grill and multiple chairs and loungers to sunbathe and people watch. It was so relaxing, and the house is located directly across from the beach! This is rare on the boardwalk unless you're in a hotel or a far less nicer place.

Our only complaint was the deck had a little too much seagull poop (not the establishment's fault) and no large table to dine outdoors on the larger part of the deck. It was still an amazing stay and I would recommend it to anyone who would appreciate it and keep it so beautiful!
