Call Beach & Pet Lovers -- 1 house from Beach -- Multiple Units

Large beach house with plenty of space on THREE levels -- ACROSS from beach and within short walk to marina, restaurants and boardwalk.

Finished basement has two bedrooms - each with queen bed. Living room area has sectional couch and large color TV.

Main Floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom w/shower & tub, sitting room with twin bed, dining room, brand new open front porch to enjoy the sea breezes, large living room with color TV.

Top floor has 3 bedrooms - two with queen beds and third has three twin size beds (loft area). Second Bathroom with shower. There are two additional TVs upstairs. Oceanview sundeck right off front bedroom.

Large outdoor patio with BBQ, picnic tables and plenty of off-street parking. Laundry facilities on premises, shared with back house.

Other units also available - back house on property has a large 2 bedrm & 1 bdrm apts.

9 L Street house, also 1 house from beach, has 2 three bedroom units. Pet Friendly.

We are pet friendly - with hardwood floors throughout all units and 6 bedroom house. Outside showers, paver patios, trex deck, plenty of offstreet parking.
