Come relax and enjoy yourself in our cozy home located in the community of Indian Mountain Lakes. Our home is located on a quiet street on a 1/2 acre corner lot. It has a huge level backyard to enjoy during the warmer months. Attached to the back of the home is a large deck with patio furniture and a gas grill.

Our home offers you the convenience of one floor living. It features a living room with a gas fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom. The home has been updated with new paint, carpeting and furniture. The lake is just a 2 block walk, and here you can enjoy a dip in the lake or relax on the sandy beach. The community also features 2 swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts and 4 additional lakes.

Big Boulder, Jack frost, Lake Harmony and Split Rock Resort, featuring a brand new indoor waterpark, minature golf, movie theater and a bowling alley, are all only ten minutes away.

If you like to hike and explore the outdoors, Hickory State Park is also a short drive away. If you venture down Route 903, you will find whitewater rafting, paintball, and then the quaint town of Jim Thorpe. On the way you may want to stop at Penns Peak to grab a bite to eat, and enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains.

I rented the house with my husband and children to get away from NY on weekends. Julie is fantastic and responsive to any concerns you may bring up as a long term renter. In addition, the house is family friendly and I can also imagine ideal for a group of friends who just want to have fun! During summer months, it is of ideal wheather and the community ammenities make of the village a fun place to stay. You may never want to go outside! But if you do, there is plenty to do from enjoying a movie in town, home made Ice Cream, Paint Ball, Horse riding or the best yet: The Croosings premium outlets only 15 mnts away. This house is a hidden gem!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I enjoyed my weekend here. The house was clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the quietness and fireplace. I would recommend this place to people who want to relax. I would also return, but during warmer weather when I can use the big backyard. Most places were about thirty minutes away, but not a bad drive. It was open roads not a lot of traffic lights until you reach the main area. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
