•Parking is right at the building. No crossing the street or navigating sky walks to get to the main lobby. Load and unload at our ground level covered parking or under the beautiful porte-cochere on the main floor. Five high speed elevators are at your service
•Enjoy meals or snacks at the Island Breeze Corner Market specializing in travel essentials and breakfast/lunch/dinner specials– Open from 8am – 10pm.
•If you’ve forgotten anything and our Corner Market doesn’t have it, there’s a WalMart Super Center less than a mile away!
•Enjoy all fresco food and drinks at Under the Board Walk Beach Bar and Restaurant. The Blue Moose Saloon and Pineapple Willy’s are just a short stroll down the beach.

Located in the historic South Thomas Drive area. Walking distance to many attractions such as Ripleys and Wonder Works, restaurants, entertainment facilities, nightlife and golf.
There are no adjoining towers crowding out our wide expansive beach. Jet skis, parasailing, and banana boats are right on the beach, in season.
Boating, fishing, snorkeling, dolphin tours, Shell Island and Pirate cruises, Sea Screamer, dinner cruises, and the spectacular St. Andrews State Park are a five minute drive.
Walmart Supercenter is one mile away and the incredible Pier Park shopping and dining mecca is a ten minute drive.
