'Watercolor' is a nicely finished Florida Cottage style beach house with a private pool . It is located on the eastern end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr. directly across from Rick Seltzer beach park. The three spacious bedrooms are located on the first 2 floors. Each bedroom has its own private bath and premium mattress & linens. There is a large 3rd floor loft with a half bath, wet bar, TV, sleeper sofa, & a panoramic sundeck with an outdoor dining table & breathtaking Gulf views.

The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, and all the essentials for preparing family meals. The hardwood floors and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home.

This is a great home for one large family or two that want to share the cost of a beach rental. One king rm, 1 queen rm, 2 sets of bunks, 2 sofa sleepers, and a large loft area. If Panama City Beach is your canvas, paint your vacation picture with 'Watercolor

Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic.

Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area.

Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, sling shot bungie rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12 minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10 minute drive, and The Hombre is less than a 10 minute drive. 'Watercolor' is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

'Watercolor' beach house is located on the eastern end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. This is one of the best traffic flow areas on the beach. From here you can get to all the main attractions within minutes. St. Andrews State Park is just a few minutes to the east. The best night clubs are about a mile to the west. Some of the best local restaurants - Capt. Andersons and Boatyard - are less than five minutes away. There are 5 public golf courses within a 10 minute drive. There are 3 main grocery stores and several shopping areas within a few minutes drive.

Other Activities: Boat rentals, fishing charters, Shell Island Trips

Golf: There are several golf courses within a fifteen minute drive of the property. Signal Hill is about 1 mile from the home. Bay Point has two 18 hold courses and is about a 10 minute drive from the home. On Panama City Beach Parkway there is the Hombre with 27 holes and Holiday Club with 18. All are public courses with varying degrees of difficulty. We suggest Googling the courses for more information.

  • There is a common full bath on the first floor with a private access door from the bedroom and a public access door to the hall. The two bedrooms on the second floor have a full private bath. The master bathroom has a separate whirlpool tub and shower and a private toilet area. There is a half bath on the third floor.

  • On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and private access to the bathroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is on the second floor, as is the kids' room with two sets of bunks and a private bath. There is a queen sofa sleeper on the third floor. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 if there are at least 2 children who could sleep in the upper bunks. The standard twin size bunks are better suited for kids and small adults. We would prefer that adults over 100 pounds not sleep in the upper bunks.

"Watercolor" couldn't have been a better house for a large group of guys over spring break! The house had everything we needed in order to contribute to a fun-fulfilled week! I would highly recommend the house to any large group or family. Being on the quiet end of the beach was definitely a plus!

Awesome family experience

This property was a "dream come true". Our entire family was so pleased, we hope this is not the last time we vacation here. From the adults to the 4 yr old, we all stayed busy and entertained the entire week. Location, parking and rooms were very accommodating. If I had to complain, it would be about the grill. It was unusable. We hope to share these memories for years to come. The pool was smaller than expected, but perfect for our family. Nothing was a surprise to us and everything was stocked and cleaned.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. We had an awesome time and made wonderful memories. The home is exactly how it was described. Beautiful!! It is very well furnished and very clean. Our boys LOVED having their own pool and bunk beds. It is in a great location. Thank you for coming and cleaning the pool so quickly. I would definitely recommend this home.

Awesome Beach Rental

We had a great vacation in this home recently. The home was clean, spacious, well maintained and beautifully furnished. It's location directly across from the Seltzer Park beach access, and the private pool were huge perks! The views from both the master bedroom deck and the top level deck were awesome. The listing description for this property is right on - you will NOT be disappointed.

The property owner was very friendly and extremely helpful, always providing quick answers to my questions and providing suggestions on things we shouldn't miss while we were in the area. We're so glad we took her suggestion to visit St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. The beaches at both of those locations were spectacular.

I can truly say that I was sorry to see the week come to an end. My family and I truly hated to leave. I will definitely rent this property again, and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends.
