With the beach across the street, restaurants for dining, lunch or breakfast, laundromat with do it yourself as well as pick up and delivery nearby, shopping, cafeteria, mini market, and all kinds of conveniences. Also close to markets, pizzerias,ice cream parlors,designer stores,liquor store,etc,once you are here you will know you could not have chosen a better location!
Cancellation Policy: Owner and management reserves the right cancel reservations and refund deposit, when the reservation becomes too time consuming to an extent much greater that the normal amount of time it should take.
Example of this are to repeatedly having to send requests for payment, reminders, non stop questions, reassurances, etc, which after the reservation has been made, monopolizes the time the management should be using to also tend to other reservations. Understanding the normal concen when renting from private owners, we can easily verify our authenticity, but can not spend all of our time reassuring one customer when others are ready and waiting to rent. Homeaway is mostly listing from private owners,and our reviews speak for themselves. Our ad has been with Homeaway since 2010 and only legitimate listings can remain in existing that long.
Management reserves the right to cancel a reservation and keep deposit, when the required 30 days for the balance to be paid has passed and the balance remains unpaid.This is a privately owned property with a great location at a low price in comparison to the average price for the area and other units in the building.
Refund Policy: If landlord must cancel for unforeseen reasons, deposit will be refunded. If tenant must cancel by unforeseen reasons, the deposit can be used to reserve at a different time, days of similar value, demand, and availability within one year from the cancellation. We definitely enjoyed the place. I have stayed at a few condos here in south beach on ocean drive and I must say this was one of the better ones. It was clean, it had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect. As always, I definitely enjoyed my time in South Beach and we would love to stay there again next year

Is in the main South Beach location (Ocean Drive) where the beach is across the street, the restaurants are downstairs, yet when you want to relax and enjoy the unit,it is situated on the 3rd floor, far from the noise an with a view of the tranquil Versace Mansions gardens, as well as Ocean Drive. It has a security gate, plus a building door that can only open with a key, and finally the door to the unit which is digitally programmed by front desk so previous tenants can not use it once they leave.
Is a one bedroom suite in a condo hotel where all similar units rent for twice and three times the price. We live in the area and do not need to increase our prices by paying others to rent or care for it. We have a good relationship with other owners, hotel staff and the board.
