In southern Tenerife, about 450 m above the sea, at the entrance to the city of San Miguel you will find this newly built small apartment house from 1996. San Miguel is a grown city with shopping facilities and a few bars/bodegas with typical food. It is an ideal starting point for excursions and beautiful hikes. The city is only 12 km from the Playa del Medano (windsurfing centre) and 20 km from the large tourism centres in the south. The spacious apartment has a living/dining room, kitchenette and 1 bedroom and SAT-TV. In front of the furnished terrace you will find a solar heated pool. The popular house is visited by a lot of regular guests.

Nette familiäre Atmosphäre, saubere und gepflegte Anlage, schöne Terrassen, Grillplatz, Pool, alls Top, Brötchenservice, nette Restaurants im Ort, Mietwagen ist zweckmäßig, netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin

Meine Frau und ich sind Stammgäste dieser Anlage und besuchen sie schon über 12 Jahre.
Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt.
Die Ferienanlage liegt am Ortsrand und ist ruhig. Kinder sind gerne gesehen.
Jedes Appartement ist individuell und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küchen gut eingerichtet und reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Vermieter sind bei Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit (Beispiel: Hatte Papiere verloren und Frau Sperl ist mit mir Abends noch zur Polizei um zu dolmetschen und zu helfen).
Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen und eine Freundin von uns war auch schon dort uns sehr begeistert.
Man sollte schon einen fahrbaren Untersatz haben um damit Ausflüge machen und Attraktionen besuchen zu Können. Mit dem Auto brauchen sie zur Küste zwischen 15 und 20 Minuten. Es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants im Ort die auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind. Bergauf sind sie über das Dorf Vilaflor (Sehenswert) in einer Dreiviertelstunde im Pinienwald und eine halbe Stunde später in den Canadas in 2000m Höhe. Menschen die
Vergnügungen suchen können in einer halben Stunde in Las Americas sein mit seinen Discoteken, Vergügungsparks und Restaurants. Die Inselhauptstadt ist über die Autobahn in einer guten Stunde zu erreichen. Das sehenswerte Anagagebirge in anderthalb Stunden. Kaufen sie sich eine deutschsprachige Inselzeitung bei Urlaubsbeginn (z.B.Wochenblatt, Megawelle) uns sehen sie sich die Veranstaltungtipps an. Die Feste der einheimischen Bevölkerung sind sehenswert und machen viel Spass. Besuchen sie die sehenswerten Städte Orotava, Garachico, La Laguna. Sehenswert und eigentlich ein Muss ist der Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz.
Besuchen sie mal einen Grillplatz der Einheimischen in den Bergen und grillen sie dort selber. Fahren sie einfach mal von der Autobahn ab über Land. Es gibt da viel zu sehen.
San Miguel ist durch seine verhältnismässig zentrale Lage auf der Insel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen und die Vermieterin hilft ihnen gern und gibt ihnen Tipps.
