WALK TO JACKKNIFE COVE BEACH from this charming, clean, and well-kept home that has recently been remodeled and is routinely updated. There is room for more than one family and plenty of space to spread out. There is wireless Internet connection for your laptop. All bedrooms are air-conditioned so you will be comfortable on those warm summer nights, and there are plenty of board games and puzzles for families to play. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The basement has a TV, pool table/ping-pong table, and dart board. The back yard has a large deck, hammock and Adirondack chairs to relax in. There is an outdoor enclosed shower with hot/cold water to rinse off when you come home from a day at the beach. This home is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and only a quick stroll to Pleasant Bay, where there is a perfect beach for kids and adults.

THIS HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING A FAMILY DESIRES FOR A GREAT VACATION!

At Pleasant Bay, which is just a short walk from the house, you will find both a comfortable beach to relax on and a sheltered cove for children and adults. Jackknife Cove has nice views of the tide and you can swim and search for crabs in the warm shallow water.

Weekly beach stickers for Hardings, Ridgevale, and Cockle Cove Beaches, and parking along Bridge Street are available at the kiosk in the beach parking lots.

The price changes from year to year. One pass is good for all three Chatham beaches and/or for the parking along Bridge Street for Lighthouse Beach. You can also pay for one day parking.

Notes: Walk to the beach from this spacious home for extended family or two family. Located on a corner lot, there is a great yard for the kids. Jackknife beach on pleasant bay is just 3/10's mile from this property so make sure you bring your kayaks! There is also an unfinished basement (but clean) equipped with 2 in 1 ping pong/pool table and TV . A perfect getaway!

Perfect house for comfort and convenience. Great decor.
We stayed with my sisters family and everyone had perfect space.
