The property features a beautiful reception lobby and has custom-made furnishings with spectacular city and ocean views from our 46th floor unit. A full width balcony, and floor-to-ceiling glass provide unobstructed views. Building amenities include valet services, semi-private high speed elevators, private Cyber Center, a separate conference and communications facility with state-of-the-art business equipment.
The condo is elegantly appointed with designer appliances. The fantastic Master Bath features marble throughout, a double sink vanity with raised sinks, and a resort-style shower and bathtub enclosed in glass. The condo also has a full capacity washer and dryer.
My husband and I stayed here for a few months. The unit offers great views, awesome location, great amenities and a cute comfortable space.
My 80-something mother and I spent six nights in this delightful condo at the end of February. The 46th-floor view of downtown and the port is stunning, and the condo is clean, modern and spanking new.We explored the city via the free Metromover elevated rail, which has a stop right behind the building. The building's valet parking delivered our car very quickly. There are two 14th floor pools, both with great views, giving a choice of sunshine, shade or breeze all the time. Note that the second bedroom is an interior room with no windows, fine for sleeping but spartan. The master bedroom has an unbelievable view. The kitchen is well equipped and the building personnel are very nice.
We stayed here recently and had a lovely time. Very tastefully decorated and what a view of both downtown and the bay from the 46th floor! We caught a Miami heat game and it was nice to walk accross to the Arena. My kids got autographs of a couple of basketball players who I believe lived in the penthouse there. Also, Bayside shopping is walking distance. The owner is very accomodating and took care of everything we asked for. The money spent is well worth it and we recommend renting this condo.
