We bought our condo as a second home in 1999. The condo was advertised as having a Million Dollar view and we were not disappointed. We completely remodeled the unit taking everything down to the bare walls. My wife decorated it in the Hawaiiana theme and made it feel like our home away from home. A new Kitchen and a glass block shower was added in 2001 The elevation of the condo kept the climate moderate without the heat and dampness of the shore area. But we still have the romantic sunsets over the Pacific and Maui in the distance.
Directly in front of us, 6 miles to the beach, are the beautiful beaches on Anaehoomalu Bay. There are also The Queens and Kings shopping Malls with unique shops and restaurants for all tastes. As you move North you can visit Hawi a town which has kept a little bit of the old Hawaii of the early 20th century. Also the birth place of King Kamehameha. Heading down to the lowlands from Hawi you come upon the Parker Ranch one of the biggest Black Angus Ranches in the U.S.; and that's right behind our Condo. So not only do you feel that your in Hawaii, it also feels like Texas. The word for Cowboy in Hawaii is Paniolo. So you have the best of both worlds and that's why I love the Big Island and our location. And if you are there in the Winter months and look out the bedroom window you can see snow on Moauna Kea and sometimes snow on Mauna Loa, but you need to be on the Golf Course for that one!
We have had many great comments from satisfied customers in the past and we are sure that if you rent our unit you will also be added to our list of returnees. so Mahalo and Aloha for now and hope to hear from you very soon. Ben and Joyce

The Owner purchased this condo in 1999
Bought house for a second home and converted it to a rental around 2005 approx. It was advertised as a Million dollar view on the village golf course. And it is at the 1000+ ft level, where it is cool and not hot and damp.
A Beautiful and romantic view during the day and an awesome view of the Milky Way from the Lanai. Golfing and Beautiful beaches, shopping malls and easy access to Kona, Waimea , Honokaa and Hilo. The Village Supermarket has a wide variety of island foods. And the people are friendly and helpful. One big happy family.
We stayed at this condo for 6 days in December 2014. The condo is cozy and lovely with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi connection, and a wonderful view from the Lanai.
Great location - convenient for driving to anywhere on the Big Island. Waikoloa Village Market is nearby and Queens' MarketPlace and Kings Shops at Waikoloa Beach Resort are only a short drive away.
The owners Ben & Joyce and the local contact Maria are all friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much!!
We again stayed at this beautiful place for a month. I am even hesitant to write a good review as I don't want someone "stealing" it from us when we want to come. It has everything to make your visit perfect. Ben is awesome to work with and the view can't be beat. LOVE IT!!
Just returned from a 2 week stay at the condo ....Great little spot for those wanting to unwind and recharge the batteries. The pictures and description are spot on. Owners were very helpful and full of info . The complex is very well maintained and the gardens are beautifully landscaped. Wonderful pool for morning laps,Friendly neighbors, with a wealth of info on things to do. Rented a car to see all the many beautiful places on the island.
The grocery store has just about everything you will need along with several great restaurants with in walking distance. All said and done another great holiday spot .
We just got back from a 6 week stay at this wonderful condo. The view is spectacular and the condo is equipped with almost everything you need both for cooking and outdoor activities. It is quiet and feels very private. It is a very short drove to the high end resort beaches which are gorgeous and FREE! Through binoculars we saw whales every day from the lanai. It sits on the 6th hole of the Waikoloa Golf course. Very nice to sit and watch golfers try to keep their ball from being swallowed by the ravine. Even saw a man hit a hole in one from the white tees. The owner was very nice to work with and very accommodating. It can be very windy at times but is usually sunny and a bit cooler than it is down on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. We plan on returning for sure!
