This welcoming walkout carriage home with garage in Colonial Country Club awaits you. This is an end-unit and everything is on one (main) level. Colonial Country Club is a beautiful, friendly, gated community with 24-hour security.

A screened lanai (with a ceiling fan) overlooks a relaxing pond and is perfect for coffee and reading or evening cocktails before dinner. An 18-hole Troon championship golf course (designed by Gordon Lewis) is available on a pay-as-you-play basis. The 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes a fully equipped fitness center (spa services and fitness classes available), a butterfly-shaped community pool, and both a gourmet restaurant as well as a casual grill room/pub. Additionally, our neighborhood offers a pool, hot tub and gas grills which are only a very brief walk away. Speaking of walking, the community also features a wonderful walking path which winds through the beautiful nature preserve.

Several beaches are only a short drive away, including: Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers, Estero or Bonita Springs. Airport access is quick and easy to the recently remodeled Regional Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Baseball fans will delight in knowing that both the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins make Ft. Myers their spring training home and both stadiums are only a few minutes away; the Twins' minor-league affiliate, the Ft. Myers Miracle, plays their full season here.

This home features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large master bath and walk-in closet. Guests can enjoy a separated second bedroom wing with full bath including tub, and a convertible bed in the den, providing a total sleeping capacity of six for the unit. A DVD player (with a large library of movies), cable TV, high-speed internet, wifi, Xbox and more give you all the comforts of home.

About The Owner

We live year-round in Minnesota, and we fell in love with Ft Myers when visiting friends. After an extensive search, we found a beautiful carriage home in the wonderful Colonial Country Club community. It's a great location, near the airport, beaches, Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training and more. We knew this was "the one" the first time we walked in!

Ft Myers is a beautiful location, with excellent weather and plenty of activities. Colonial Country Club offers golf (at special member rates for pay-as-you-play), tennis, walking paths through a nature preserve, restaurants, a fitness center and more.

What makes this condo unique

Main-level living with a beautiful end-unit carriage home means you'll have easy access to a comfortable vacation home. The attached garage is a welcome feature, as is the high-speed internet and wi-fi provided. Colonial CC is a wonderful and very friendly community, and the amenities are top-notch. Our private neighborhood pool is mere steps away. The walking path through the nature preserve is a peaceful retreat and a beautiful walk.
