The temp is perfect during the day and brisk enough in the evening to snuggle by the fireplace or gather around the campfire and roast marshmellows. Go horseback riding, golfing, fishing or swimming in the creeks/rivers during the day. And all year-round you can enjoy all that Pine has to offer in their quaint antique shops, restaurants, specialty stores and summer arts and craft festivals and special events.
Located at an elevation of 5,500 feet, you and your family can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and relax in this spacious 4-bedroom retreat in Pine, AZ (North of Payson). This home has gorgeous views from the wrap-around deck and 2nd story balcony. You will love the large yard that features a regulation-size horseshoe pit for some friendly competition. There's plenty of room for other yard games as well. In the evenings Deer and elk are frequently spotted in the yard.
Perfect for large family gatherings, girls weekends or romantic getaways, this 2,000 sq ft home comfortably accommodates 10 people.
We have two outdoor gas BBQ Grills, and a heated spa, which is nice after a long day of hiking, mountain biking, offroading--whatever your fun preference is! We have outdoor patio furniture on both sides of the wrap around deck and the 2nd floor balcony, so your group can spread out and enjoy themselves with games, a good book or sunbathing!
Inside this 2,000 sq ft home you will find a large stone fireplace to warm up on chilly nights. With a large-fully-equipped kitchen, 2 gas grills and dining areas inside and outside. 3 of the 4 bedrooms feature queen beds. The 4th bedroom is designed as a “kid’s bedroom” that sleeps 4 complete with TV and DVD player, twin bunk bed with 3rd trundle bed and a futon that pulls out to a single bed.
We are walking distance to antique shops, the Pine Deli, restaurants, bars, library, community center and playground. Pine, Strawberry and Payson host several seasonal arts and crafts festivals, rodeos and special events. Hiking, mountain biking and riding trails abound. If properly licensed, you can take your ATV out right from the front yard!
The climate in Pine during the summer is perfect, ranging from 90 during the hottest part of the day to 60's in the evenings. In the winter months, while sunny and pleasant during the day, at night temps drop below freezing, so we usually have a white Christmas with snow through February.
We provide free WIRELESS INTERNET, tons of games and movies for hours of family entertainment. BBQ on the deck for family dinner then converge around the comfy sectional sofa in the evenings. Huge open front yard gives the kids plenty of space to play during the day, then roast marshmellows over a campfire at night. In the winter you can build a snowman, a snowfort or have that snowball fight you've been hoping for :)
Check out Christopher Creek, Fossil Creek, East Verde River, Dragon Rock, Tonto Natural Bridge and numerous trailheads within minutes. 15 minute drive South to Payson for fun, shopping, Mazatzal Casino, more restaurants. And 20 minute drive north to the snow play area, fishing and the Mogollon Rim with lakes and many more trails and amenities.
