A Great cozy space!

I needed a nice space to stay for a short visit to NYC and came across this listing. Janine and Phillipe were the perfect hosts, making sure my arrival went smoothly. The studio is a short walk to the subway and it is a very beautiful space. I stayed with my two children and they wanted to stay in because the space was so cozy. I would certainly rent again!

Our stay reflects all that others have noted. The accomodation is lovely, well appointed, convenient and parking on street worked great.We covered a lot of NYC territory in a 3 day visit and the ease of accessing the theater, museums and restaurants plus a terrific park walk need to be underscored. Phillipe was so gracious and available when are our key disappeared likely dropped somewhere during our many treks he gets a warm and sincere thanks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

No Reason To Stay Anywhere Else

My husband and I visited New York for the first time last year. My brother suggested this apartment after he stayed there and was thrilled with owners and the location. The studio was clean and in a great location, close to the subways. Although the studio was beyond what we were expecting, the character of the owners is what blew us away. It's hard to go to a place where you can have the type of help and assistance that Philippe and his wife are willing to share. We are visiting New York with our daughters this year. There is great comfort knowing we are going to such a wonderful place with great people that give the saying home away from home a true spirit. thanks for everything
