Aahhh.... You'll say as you cross over the 'Judge Jolly' Bridge onto Marco Island. The island is a tropical paradise. As you travel south on Collier Blvd. you will pass the Marco Island Yacht Club and various shops and restaurants all pleasantly back dropped with glimpses of canals and waterways of the island. As you continue beyond the larger hotels and condominiums on the gulf you'll reach The Grandview, on the south end of the island beyond the commercial area.

The Grandview is a five story modern building boasting a white facade with striking half moon windows. The property has covered assigned parking for each unit, as well as a firepit/ barbeque area, tennis court, heated kidney shaped pool and four person hot tub. The location puts you in walking distance to the island's movie theater and many shops, resorts and restaurants. Also a short walk away is Marco Island's South Beach Access. This is a palm tree lined walkway leading you to the stunning Gulf of Mexico!

This was my second time here, just like the first time it is perfect. I could not be unhappy about anything. Highly recommend. very clean, cozy with a great location. I well be returning, and Kim was great to deal with.

Just spent 10 days at this unit, everything was wonderful. Great location, very clean comfortable condo, I would return again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
