Photos and Description of the Canyamel vacation rental

Through a pretty little front garden, into the entrance hall and up a half flight of steps are the bedrooms: two double bedrooms (size: 0.9 m x 2 m or 1.80 m x 2 m) and a smaller bedroom with 2 bunk beds (0.9 m x 2 m) and a large shower-bathroom with wash basin, WC and bidet. On the first floor there’s a shower with wash basin and WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious salon (35 m²) with dining area for 6 persons. A double door gives access to a covered balcony (16 m²) with a view of the sea. The seating includes 6 chairs. On the roof terrace (ca. 50 m²) with panoramic circular view of the sea there’s an outdoor shower and a brick-built grill with integrated wash basin. There’s space for six people at this table too. There’s also a sunshade and 4 loungers. The elegant communal pool with terrace and adjacent garden is behind the house.

Costa de Canyamel is on the north east coast of Majorca between Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor in one of the most enchanting districts of the island. Splendidly tranquil, it has no through traffic and feels like a real residential estate with no tourists. Divers love the little bay. The nearby suburb of Canyamel is a supervised sandy beach with lots of restaurants around it and shops which also open on Sundays.

Das Hausteil ist das Mittelhaus von drei Reihenhäusern und liegt ca 100 m von einer romantischen kleinen Bucht entfernt. Dieselbe ist zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen geeignet.
Im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befinden sich die Schlafräume und im OG die Küche und das Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Aufteilung hat den Vorteil, daß man die Nächte bei angenehmen Temperaturen verbringen kann. Wir haben in dem Haus ausstattungsmäßig so gut wie nichts vermißt. Hinter dem Gebäude befindet sich auch ein Pool, der für sechs Parteien zur Verfügung steht. Der Hauptstrand ist ca. 1. Km entfernt und steht nicht im Zeichen des Massentourismus. Canyamel ist eine sehr ansprechende Gegend.
Ein Fahrzeug sollte aber wegen der weiter gelegenen Sädte zur Verfügung stehen. Dann bleiben einkaufstechnisch keine Wünsche offen.

Die in der Nähe wohnenden Vermieter sind stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Das war sehr angenehm.
Wir würden dieses Haus bei nochmaliger Reise wieder buchen.

Super Wohnung, ruhig gelegen aber nicht abgelegen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus Irene verbracht, es war wunderschön, alles passte! Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (16, 16, 14, 14) haben nichts vermisst. Der Strand und die Steilküste ca 100 m vom Haus entfernt ist traumhaft, auch der Strand von Playa de Canyamel war super, nicht überlaufen, gemütlich einfach. Im Ort Playa de Canyamel gab es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, größere Einkäufe haben wir in Cala Ratjada erledigt, dort gibt es Lidl, Müller usw. und einen tollen Markt. Auchin Arta sind alle gänigen Geschäfte. Ein Auto während des Urlaubes ist jedoch ein muss!

Das Haus war toll aufgeteilt, alle 6 Personen hatten ein richtiges Bett, keine Liege oder nur ein Sofa. Das Haus war super sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet. Von den Balkonen hatten wir Meerblick, was wir sehr genossen haben. Zum Grillen lud die Dachterrasse ein, sogar hier war alles vorhanden, nochmals Besteck, Geschirr und eine Spüle.
Auch die Kinder waren super zufrieden. Die Nähe zu Cala Ratjada hat vor allen die jungen Leute angesprochen.

Es war ein super Urlaub, nicht allein wegen der tollen Unterkunft!
