WE ARE A SPECTACULAR DIRECT OCEAN FRONT condo in Crescent Beach, FL (7990 A1A South, Sand Dollar I-406, St. Augustine, FL 32080) [JUST SOUTH OF ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH and Historic St. Augustine, North of Marineland] Beautifully renovated/decorated with 1,600 sq. feet of comfort and appointments. Not only great ocean and beach views, but also unbelievable sunset inter-coastal views as our condo is located on a unique stretch of A1A that narrows as you travel south from St. Augustine. Easy to get to by plane or car. Our unit has everything you could want at a beach location. We have many repeat guests. If needed, there is an on-site property management company that will handle all your needs. We update our unit regularly which includes appliances, linens and towels. The living room has newly installed wall windows providing exceptional views of the beach and ocean.
Master BR overlooks the beach and ocean with balcony access and has king-sized bed and separate bath and is artfully decorated. Master also has large screen TV with UVerse (includes movie stations) and DVD. All three bedrooms are carpeted. The other bedrooms also have cable TV and DVDs with queen-sized bed and two twins. Living room overlooks the ocean with balcony access. The balcony is newly tiled and appointed with comfortable furniture for lounging with your coffee or drink, while enjoying direct ocean and beach views. Our unit has water views from each room.
Elsewhere in the condo new tile floors open into the living area, which has a sofa bed. Updated well equipped kitchen and appliances with plenty of extras. Large washer/dryer room. Closet available with storage space for beach stuff. Very family oriented area and great for kids of all ages. Outstanding location for golf or fishing outings. Fourth floor unit (adjacent to elevator) with outstanding beach and ocean views and extraordinary sunset views over the inter-coastal waterway. Wi-fi internet access keeps you in touch.
Only minutes away from intriguing and historic St. Augustine, our nations oldest city. Just north of Marineland and close to Daytona, but without the crowds on the beach. Near restuarants, golfing, fishing, shopping and night life. Pool (recently redone and right off of the beach) and tennis on-site. Covered parking with elevator. Huge white sand beach steps from the condo with two access ramps. Excellent value on the beach.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders
*Fall & Winter Monthly rentals are available for approximately the cost of two non-summer rental weeks
*Cleaning ($85) and tax (9%), not included in the rates
*Check in time is 4pm Sat.and check out time is 10am Sat. next.
*Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
*Tentative reservations will be accepted by phone or e-mail, but $250.00 damage/hold deposit must be received within one week of request.
*Half of rental is due within four months of stay. If booking less than four months to stay, half rental and deposit due within one week of making your reservation.
*Balance is due 60 days in advance of stay.
*Cancellation within 60 days of stay, forfeit of deposit. Cancellation within 45 days of stay, forfeit deposit and 50% of rental amount. Cancellation within 2 weeks of stay, forfeit deposit and 75% of rental amount. Re-booking provided if named storm causes evacuation, though this is extremely unusal in this part of FL.
Damage: The Damage deposit of $250 will be returned to you within ~ 2 weeks of your stay provided that the condo is left in a reasonably clean and orderly condition, no damage to condo or contents and that no items are missing. Assessable damages are not limited to the $250 deposit.
Simply beautiful. This area of St. Augustine is an island which has the ocean and white sand beaches on the east and the intercoastal or Matanzes river on the west. You have wonderful views on either side and can see the sun rise and set at your leisure. We love the beach and the location and the water here is very clean with nice waves. A1A is the road in front of our complex so you have easy access north or south, and I95 is nearby for travel by car in any direction. Our property is within very close proximity to downtown St. Augustine which is lovely and of course historic. We are also very accessible to airports in Jacksonville, Daytona and Orlando.
All the benefits of a wonderful beach located nearby major attractions. We take the time to appoint, stock and keep our condo fresh and updated. We do whatever is needed to keep our unit very comfortable and liveable. For example, this gives you the flexibility to eat out at wonderful nearby resturants or cook in using our well equiped kitchen. We also have a new washer and dryer so if you have to do luandry, at least you are doing so with confidence.

Beach and Water. Many nearby attractions including beautiful parks and nature areas for walking and biking. Marineland is 5 miles south on A1A.
