Peaceful location minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. Only 2 miles from golfing at the North Conway Country Club. Enjoy private access to Whitaker Woods, a 180 acre Conservation Property with 45 kilometers of trails. Originally logging roads, the trails have been groomed, widened, and reconfigured to create a park-like woodland for the enjoyment of walkers, hikers, joggers & mountain biking. Best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access avoiding traffic, but quite, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of house. My first time staying at the Osgood Ski Haus was last winter. My family and I loved it so much, we rented it again this January for another ski vacation!!! The owner Neill has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the beginning and is the most gracious host! The welcoming gifts are a wonderful touch and there are little details that are very thoughtful for guests (like travel toiletries in case you forget to bring something). The location can't be beat - right down the street from Cranmore Mountain for skiing, the Outlets for shopping, and many great restaurants for dining. The house is very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated - a fantastic environment for a getaway. We will definitely be back!

Where to begin...The rental experience was very satisfying from the initial contact. Neill is a very kind and professional person which will work endlessly to make sure you are happy. The home itself is beautiful and very comforting. The welcome presents were great. Great location about five minutes from many restaurants and shopping centers. Overall if you want a great experience a stones throw away from Mt Washington, this is the spot! Looking forward to going back!

Very Comfortable Home

This home is very clean and comfortable. The deck and view is lovely, and the living room furniture is extremely comfortable for laying back, relaxing, and watching tv. And a plus, that not all homes have, is very good water pressure which allows for a nice, refreshing shower. The location is perfect and just a short drive to many things. We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again if in the area. And, the owner is gracious and available for any questions.

AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY. VERY PRIVATE LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO CRANMORE AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. AWESOME SCENERY. SPACIOUS HOUSE WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. KIDS HAD A BLAST PLAYING OUTSIDE. NEILL IS THE PERFECT HOST. HE PROVIDED US WITH ALL INFORMATION NEEDED FOR A SUCCESFUL VACATION. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING TO THIS AWESOME HOUSE. SHOPS, RESTAURANTS ARE ALSO VERY CLOSE. LOVE THE MOUNTAIN VIEWS.

When I plan a vacation I know what my expectations are, I am happy to say they were all met. We went looking for winter and we found it. This home is wonderful and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It is extremely clean! There is plenty of room to spread out yet it is cozy and welcoming.

Neill is a great person to rent from and welcomes you with special treats for all! He even ordered the snow!

We highly recommend this property and guarantee you will not regret it.
