Enjoy the breath taking sunsets from your screened Lanai. Go outside and soak up the sun on the White Sandy Beach. Unobstructed View of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, the beach, causeway, and is near the main channel for pleasure boats, shrimp boats and small ships coming and going from the harbor. Relax by our pool, walk the white sandy beaches, watch the dolphins swim or just go for a short walk to the popular Time Square area or the Big “M” casino boat, and indulge in local seafood and scenery.

Immediately adjacent to the Pink Shell Resort, with restaurants, shops, spa, sailing school, and boat & beach rentals open to the public. Take the trolley to anywhere on the Island, movie theater, grocery store, library or tour the Island. The trolley stops right next door at Bowditch Point Park. Whatever you want to do on Fort Myers Beach, this location is the perfect setting for your vacation Paradise.

About The Owner

Two generations of Midwesterners who fell in love with the water and sunsets. We had been vacationing in and around Fort Myers since the early seventies and chose this location to buy.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1977
Why The Owner chose Fort Myers Beach

This end of the island is quiet and it is an easy on and off the island, the views are spectacular. Having the park nearby is such an added plus, as we enjoy watching the all of the shore birds who also seem to like this part of the island.

What makes this condo unique

It is great to be able to be so close to the water, to watch the boats coming and going from the channel, to hear the waves, and to see some spectacular sunsets. We love to walk up to Times Square for breakfast, check on how the fisherman are doing at the pier, and to walk up to the point at sunset time.

We had a great stay at this location. Great end of the island to be on, great views and right on the beach. Couldn't have been more perfect week.
While the bedroom has two full size beds, it would sleep more comfortably with one queen size bed.
It's time for the bathroom to be updated.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
