House, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

Available during those winter months when you really want to get away, December thru April $700 per week. Located in sunny St. Petersburg, FL, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Two bedrooms (one queen, one twins) and a large den with queen futon. Sleeps six comfortably. Completely renovated with new kitchen, bath, Spanish tile floors, carpet in bedrooms and central a/c and heat. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of books, TV, DVD, gas grill and washer/dryer.

A large screened porch in the rear is the place to be for early morning coffee, lunches and warm evening dinners. Very quiet, very comfortable Florida getaway. Close to Gulf beaches, City of St. Pete is twenty minutes. Many public golf courses too. Fly into Tampa International Airport and the house is an easy 30 minute drive. Large park with Devil Rays training camp is two blocks away. Shopping mall with movie theatre within walking distance. For a quiet, comfortable stay in sunny, warm Florida this is the place to be. This is a smoke-free and pet-free rental.

Great place for vacation!

Very nice and extremely clean 2-3 bedroom home in quiet neighborhood that my family has rented for many years. Very close to several beaches, shopping, museums, winery, farmer's market, great restaurants and most anything else you might want. Easy to get to the highway and only a short trip to Tampa, Clearwater, and Sarasota. Kitchen is stocked with everything for cooking and there is a grill outside, near the screened-in porch. Nice neighborhood for long walks and you can walk to a public pool, in season. Would highly recommend this home for a private and easy, comfortable vacation that is near everything for fun and excitment!.

As a first time renter of this house we couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was neat, clean and as described. Thoroughly enjoyed the back yard with it's birds, wildlife and lemon tree. Pleasant neighbours, quiet neighbourhood and close to everything. Hope to return often.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house and we liked it even more this time. It is so close to so many amenities like,a large mall, a beautiful park,drug stores and grocery shopping, and
10 min to Madera Beach. There is also a very efficient bus system one-half block away. Many good restaurants are near-by also. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly, but not nosey.
The house is equipped with everything one would need for a pleasant time away from home.

Comfortable one story home in St Petersburg

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the house..It was comfortably furnished inside and there was plenty of room..It had a nice screened in porch. It was conveniently located to anywhere you wanted to go in St Pete..there was a great park for walking nearby and all kinds of stores , beaches and restaurants within 15 min distance..the property was clean and well maintained..The owners were very helpful and the neighbors were friendly. The photos and description did describe the property well. Would have liked another bathroom but we had company and there was adequate room. Cpmfortable, pleasant place..would recommend to others and go back again.

Great place to spend relaxing time

Well kept house in quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. All amenities available that one would need. The location is excellant for the beach, dining,shopping, and sightseeing. We enjoyed the screened in porch very much.
The owners are very prompt and helpful about questions.
We would recommend this property to family and friends.
