About Constance (Connie) H. McIntosh
I have totally renovated this home, from the bottom, up. I acted as my own architect/designer/contractor, doubling the size of the home, adding the pool, have done all of the decorating and, as a result, it has become my profession. Holding a real estate license, I enjoy making beautiful homes. I also enjoy playing golf, shooting sporting clays, riding my Vespa 250 along the ocean, practicing yoga, cooking scrumptious meals, and so many other things.
I've been in the Palm Beach area for over 30 years, but love the time I spend in the mountains, when vacationing there. I know the area very well and can guide you in any direction you wish to pursue.
Constance (Connie) H. McIntosh purchased this house in 1998
Why Constance (Connie) H. McIntosh chose West Palm Beach
Location, location, location.............It's on the best street in the neighborhood, in the best neighborhood in all of West Palm Beach. It's often referred to as an extension of Palm Beach, where many Palm Beachers reside.
What makes this house unique
I have had a lot of beautiful painting done in the home, which makes it unique from anything else you'll find. I love that I converted the orchid house, into a tranquil yoga/meditation pavilion, in the front Zen garden. Wind chimes surround the home, making it extremely calming and relaxing. It's my slice of heaven and my escape from the rest of the world.
I have recently upgraded the security system to include some smart home features. There is also a whole house generator, making sure that power is never lost.
