This wonderful tropical escape is located close to everything you could possibly want.....beaches, shopping, fine dining, downtown, airport, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, City Place, Worth Avenue, churches, synagogues, Deep Sea Fishing, museums, multiple golf courses, The Breakers and it's luxurious spa and golf course, among other things. It is a beautiful home which far surpasses a typical vacation rental and is evident upon entry. Recently quoted by a local Realtor as 'a wonderful experience'.
Property Maintenance & Staff: There is a pool man who comes on Tuesdays and Fridays, for service and his fees are covered in the rental amount.
There is a landscaper who comes on Monday or Tuesday and he maintains the lawn and shrubs. His fees are also covered in the rental.
Utilities not covered are AT&T, City of WPB, and FPL. These charges only apply to monthly rentals. Weekly rentals have utilities covered, with the exception of phone/long distance charges and a flat fee for electric, depending on the length of stay and number of guests. It is usually about $100/wk. This is to ensure that everybody stays as 'green-minded' and energy conscious as possible.
Kitchen Rules: Everything accessible is available for your use, with the excption of my really fine china. I am a gourmet cook and have almost anything you could need or want to produce wonderful meals and entertain in style. There is also an incredible library of cookbooks for your use, located in the library. I have a 42' Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, Miele steam oven, Thermador double 30' convection ovens, dishwasher, ice machine, microwave, 2 disposals, wet bar, prep sink, instant hot water, reverse osmosis system for pure drinking water and just about any minor household appliance you could wish for. It truly has all of the bells and whistles.
Local Amenities: Nearby, you will find many things to choose from. For sports enthusiasts, you have deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, tennis, golf, horseback riding, sky-diving, parasailing, sailing, boat rentals, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing, croquet, bowling, motor sports, skeet, trap and sporting clays, etc., to choose from, among other things.
There are theatres, concerts, jazz clubs, dance clubs, street fairs, sunset festivals, water taxi and other things always going on in the area.
With Worth Avenue and City Place, this area is a shopper's delight.
Walking to the end of the street will reveal a beautiful walk along the intracoastal waterway, where you can look across the water at Donald Trumps beautiful estate, Mar-A-Lago. This a popular spot for the walkers, joggers, bikers and rollerbladers. In the other direction and north a couple of blocks is a skate park/BMX park for the kids!
