We chose this neighborhood because it's a beautiful residential area snuggled into a diverse and thriving city. Our property overlooks the lush North Hollywood Park and is within blocks of a public library, tennis courts, playgrounds, bike paths, a YMCA, and the Metro train station. Nestled in the center of the NOHO Arts District, it's easy to take in the many theaters, comedy clubs, and performance spaces such as The Millennium Dance Complex, The Hollywood Bowl, The Greek Theater, The Grove, The HaHa Cafe and Fashion Square.

An eclectic selection of restaurants and night life hot spots are also just minutes away, usually within walking distance! Easy access to three major freeways lets us enjoy the movie studios and theme parks like Universal, NBC, Paramount, and Disney, or escape to one of the beaches for an afternoon. North Hollywood is the perfect location for utilizing the metropolis that is Los Angeles while enjoying the comforts of sunny, southern California living!

The Unique Benefits at this Penthouse Condominium: Whether its waking up with the sun shining over the bed and palm trees swaying just outside the window or watching the hummingbirds dart around the slate patio, I have to say that the ample natural light and spaciousness of this condo is one of its best features. The peaked ceilings in the master suite and the loft overlooking the living room create an elegance and graceful quality. Take in the marble flooring and the elegant lines of the fireplace and you will feel transported to a luxurious vacation. There is a private Yoga instructor who will conduct sessions either in the condo or out under the sun in the park! The fountains, the floral patios and the built-in slate BBQ's make entertaining or just eating in a real treat.

A note from the Homeowners~: Our names are Gary and Sophia, we have been property owners/managers since 1987. When taking on a new property we always begin by asking ourselves what would make the space feel like a home to us. That is the experience we hope to create for all of our guests, a warm and comfortable 'home-away-from-home' feel. And, of course, with great live entertainment comes amazing restaurants and nightlife spots! Whatever brings you to LA, whatever you are looking for in your vacation, North Hollywood is the perfect location to balance LA lifestyle with southern California living!

Spectacular place!

I came from Brazil with my family and we had a spectacular moment in the house, the furniture is in great condition and everywhere is clean. It has a beautiful recreation area and is very close to the sightseeing tours of Los Angeles.

The Gem of NOHO

I have stayed in HOHO many times before, but never have I stayed in a place as wonderful as this! This "diamond in the ruff" is perfect for those who wish to stay in the lap of luxury in a place that truly feels like home. The owners are extremely nice/helpful and have spared no expense at making sure that you have everything you need during your stay. This condo/loft is nestled in a quiet nook across from a beautiful park, but is still close to all of the nightlife and eclectic restaurants in NOHO! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in NOHO!

All you need...

Arrived in LA for a 3 night stay. All facilities provided by the landlord was great. All that you need for a comfortable stay is right here.

Close to Universal Studios, close to freeway entrance, and indoor parking means you have nothing to worry about in terms of finding a space.

2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, the noise can travel slightly so those sleeping in the loft bedroom can hear those still awake in the lounge and kitchen.

Noise - not noisy at all, friendly neighbourhood. Fully recommended and will use again if I return back to LA.

Exquisite Rental

This was by far my best trip I have ever taken to LA and a large part of it was due to staying in this wonderful apartment. It's very spacious which fit me perfectly because I like a lot of space, the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The pictures are very accurate and the property was very well maintained. I only requested their assistance once and they helped me without delay. The neighbors are very quiet and nice, the apartment is in a beautiful, secure neighborhood convenient to all major attractions while only a 30-45 min drive from the beach *depending on traffic :o)*. It's very easy to find, after two days I didn't need GPS to travel back and forth. The bed was comfy, shower amazing, and awesome balcony view. I literally did not want to leave after a week of being there it felt like I was living in the complex with everyone, it was truly a dream and I look forward to returning in the near future.
